I recently bought a sunglasses cleaning kit from Sunglass Hut and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the results. They told me this cleaning tube pack would protect the lenses, keep them in good condition, and prevent blistering. But when I used it on an older pair of sunglasses I got from Sunglass Hut a few years back, it completely wrecked them. The lenses blistered and the black polarisation peeled off, leaving them looking all patchy and awful. Even though I looked after my sunglasses and kept them safe, they got damaged beyond repair. But when I contacted Sunglass Hut for help, they turned me down because the sunglasses were more than two years old. I'm gutted because I'm sure the cleaner caused the damage, making it useless. The customer service I got was no help at all. I would strongly recommend avoiding this cleaning spray for any sunglasses, as it could ruin them.

Upgrading sim card only deals for two sons
I recently had to upgrade the sim card deals for my two sons. I first tried to do it online, but I ran into issues because my late wife had all the account passwords. So, I had to use the chat system for help. The staff I chatted with were nice and helpful, but it took a whopping three hours for the first upgrade and almost two hours for the second one. Now, I'm not sure if the old sim accounts have been closed properly, which makes me a bit hesitant to chat with them again. If I end up being charged for more sim cards than I need, I might have to close my account and try another service provider. Also, there was some confusion when one son was told he couldn't keep his number while moving from voxi to voxi, but my other son could.

My dad's gone and booked us a holiday, which is just brilliant! The person on the phone was nice, but a bit slow, you know? They said they could stick us in the 4th row, but I wanted to be nearer the front. They mentioned there was a £15 charge for the front row, and that the 2nd row was for people with mobility issues. They checked with a colleague about getting us in the 2nd row, but they said no. It wasn't until later in the call that they asked if I had any mobility problems. I don't use any walking aids, but my knees and hips can really ache. The person was friendly, and they made sure everything was squared away before finishing the call.

However, when I tried to get an insurance quote for a new customer who happens to be a family member, I was really let down. This whole experience was so frustrating that it's actually put off a potential new customer, and maybe even more in the future. It seems like moving all services online and getting rid of phone quotes was one of the worst decisions they could have made.

I bought a black hoodie and some cool trainers from this shop. The hoodie was really comfortable, but the trainers were a bit too tight for me. Their website didn't have a returns system, just an address to send items back to, and you have to pay for the postage yourself. I've been a customer for quite a few years now and I've always been really impressed with the quality of the products I've ordered. The fact that they're individually packed makes it so much easier and also helps reduce waste, which I think is great. However, I was really gutted when I found out they've stopped selling kippers, they were my absolute favourite! I really hope they keep offering calf's liver and those delicious sausage rolls though, as they're personal faves of mine.
