    I had a few problems with my electric scooter when I first got it, but the customer service team was amazing and sorted everything out quickly. At the beginning, my scooter had some issues, but once I reached out to the customer service team, they got back to me right away and fixed the problem by giving me a new scooter. They really knew what they were doing, and they were so professional, giving me all the help and info I needed to make sure I was happy with my purchase.     Resolution of damaged scooter issue

    I had a bit of a problem with buying a new scooter, so I got in touch with Pure Electric customer service for some help. To be honest, I was really pleased with how fast they got back to me and sorted everything out. They didn't just say sorry for the damage to my stuff, they gave me a little something extra and even swapped the scooter for a shiny new one. And as if that wasn't good enough, they also gave me all my money back for the first purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better result, their customer service was top-notch.

    Hello everyone! Just a quick update - my scooter had this silly E3 error and had to go back for repairs. They managed to fix it, but then the throttle decided to stop working the very next day! Thankfully, I had a chat with a chap named Edward who assured me I'd be receiving a brand new scooter as a replacement. And guess what? I had the new one in my hands before I even had to send back the broken scooter. Edward is an absolute star and a real treasure to have in the company!
