Mystery bundle, disappointed with packaging
I spent £30 on a mystery bundle hoping for hair products, but ended up with mostly skin care items. I'm looking forward to giving them a go, but unfortunately two of the bottles were damaged and leaked everywhere in the box. Now I have hardly anything left to use.

Orange sweater purchase
I recently popped into one of their shops in Emporia and I was really impressed with the service and the cool design of their clothes. The staff were so nice and knew their stuff, which made shopping there a breeze. I ended up buying a really nice orange jumper, a colour that you don't often see in other shops, and I was really pleased with how well it fit and the quality of the material. The only downside was that they didn't have as many choices for women as I hoped, I would have liked to see a bit more variety for us ladies.

My order got processed pretty fast and the delivery arrived in no time. I thought the company had a great variety of products on offer, which impressed me. However, I was hoping for more hair dyes made from natural ingredients at a bit of a lower price.

Wedding dress purchase
I bought a dress from an online store to wear to a wedding dinner, and I have to say, I am really pleased with the whole experience. The dress arrived just in time for the event and the tailoring was excellent. It fitted me perfectly and I got lots of compliments during the evening. The customer service was also amazing, with Tobi going out of their way to make sure my order was sent out quickly. I will definitely tell my friends about this store and will be coming back to shop here again.

The staff were really nice and polite, but I found their explanation of the product a bit lacking. I had to ask multiple times to get some things clarified, and even then, I still felt a bit confused. Overall, I was quite disappointed and it just didn't meet the high expectations I had for a luxury brand.

I can't find any faults with the shop, mate. I've ordered loads of Jelly Cat stuff from them and it's been great every time. The prices are really good and fair, they communicate with you well, and the delivery is excellent. I've never had any issues with them, so I'm really happy with everything.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Shoe Zone and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with them overall. The process of ordering was smooth and the website was easy to use. The shoes are not bad quality, especially for the price, especially as they were bought in support of charity. Although, I did notice that the sizing is a bit on the small side. The size 8 I got would probably only fit someone with really skinny feet. Despite that, I'm pleased with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping at Shoe Zone again in the future.

I recently bought some cushions from this shop, and I have to say I was really impressed with how good they are and how many different types there were to choose from. The cushions aren't just nice to look at, they also feel really comfortable and fancy. The process of ordering them was simple and straightforward, and they arrived quickly, just a few days after I ordered them. In general, I'm really happy with what I bought and would definitely tell other people to check out this shop.

Luton Airport Parking
I got to the car park and it was a bit confusing and disorganised. The staff didn't seem very interested and the bus was really crowded. They said my car needed an inspection but it didn't happen because of the rain. I didn't feel great about the security of my car as there didn't seem to be many security measures in place. When I came back, they told me to go to a different level of the car park than where I was dropped off. The van driver was driving dangerously. All in all, I thought this parking facility was a bit of a mess and not very professional. I wouldn't recommend using their services again.

Recently, I had a bit of a nightmare dealing with a travel insurance company when I needed to claim for my lost and battered suitcase. It was in a right state - wheels missing, cracked, tags gone, and clothes ruined inside. To make matters worse, the airline wasn't much help. We were rushing to catch our next flight in a foreign land and they just weren't being cooperative. The language barrier didn't help matters either.

I recently ordered some fresh flowers from this service and I have to say, overall, I was quite happy with the quality of the product. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and it was clear that they were of good quality. They lasted a good while, which I found quite impressive.
That being said, I was a little disappointed with the delivery process. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't turn up within the delivery window that had been given to me. On top of that, I was told that there were still 70 orders ahead of mine to be delivered. Needless to say, I found this a tad frustrating because I had been hoping for them to arrive sooner. Recent purchase - SleepSoul Space 2000 mattress
I absolutely love this mattress! It's only been 4 nights, but they have been the most comfortable nights of sleep I've had in a long time. We used to have a different brand for a short while, but it didn't give me enough support. I have lower back and hip ache, and I sleep on my side, so this mattress has been a game-changer for me. Now, I can sleep through the night without any discomfort, which was impossible with our old mattress. I highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.

6 tickets for Anne Marie concert
So, back in May, I got hold of 6 tickets for the Anne Marie concert for my wife and her pals. Despite hearing some not-so-great things about it, I actually had a good experience buying the tickets. They were sent to me via email well ahead of time, more than a month before the concert. The prices were pretty decent too, especially compared to other ticket sites, which was a nice surprise. All in all, everything went smoothly with booking and going to the concert. Although, after reading other reviews, it seems like the site might struggle a bit with giving refunds. Luckily, I didn't have any problems in that department.

Boots arrival after long wait
I must say, I was a bit quick to judge in my first review. I didn't consider the Customs process when I made my order on the 29th of December. It did take a good twenty-two days for my boots to finally arrive, but you know what, they are just perfect! I really appreciated the multiple emails with tracking updates, even though the customer service could do with a bit of improvement. It's not the worst I've experienced, but there's definitely room for it to be better. Despite the wait and a few small issues, I'll definitely be placing another order in the near future.

Switching phone contracts
I decided to change our phone contracts to a new provider after getting really bad service from another company. Mohamed from the customer service team was amazing! He was so helpful and efficient the whole time. He took the time to answer all my questions and double-checked everything for me. His customer service was such a welcome change after our bad experiences before. I'm really grateful for all his help. I've been using this app for nearly two years now and I think it's really good. It's super handy and does the job well. It's not hard to navigate and the layout is appealing and user-friendly. The only thing I'd suggest to make it even better is allowing users to edit the group description once it's been created, as right now you have to close or delete the group and start over. However, their customer service is top-notch so I'd still suggest giving it a go and making the most of what it offers.

My recent experience with the delivery service was so disappointing. I had arranged for a morning delivery, but the driver didn't even set off until much later in the day. Because of this, my delivery was seriously delayed. The driver also got stuck in heavy traffic, which seems to happen a lot at that time of day. Even with all these problems, the company didn't bother to give me any updates or let me know about the delay, which I thought was really unprofessional and rude.

I was really upset because there was a death in the family and it meant I had to cancel my trip. I made sure to inform the company six weeks beforehand, but they wouldn't allow me to cancel unless I provided a death certificate. Who actually carries a death certificate with them, anyway? It's not like I can just create one out of thin air! To top it off, they even made a joke about me bringing the body to their office. Can you believe that? I'm really angry about how poorly they handled the situation.

My course Leadership and Management was very informative, meaningful and relevant. I like the breakdown of the module into sessions. The lecturer was very clear, precise and insightful.
I also appreciate the chat support during the module. I look forward to the rest of modules.I've just completed my first lecture and found it very informative and easy to use the service which makes for easy learning! I'm now looking at further courses I can complete after my social media marketing course.

I just took my first class. I felt that I did not get an information I was looking for. Due to a heavy accent, I sometimes had a hard time understanding my instructor; the loudness of the sound was inconsistent.
Also, I'm having a hard time resolving some financial issues. I was trying to find out what was included in a Tool Kit and accidentally click on a button. The item did not go to a purchasing basket and/or I was not asked if I was sure that I want to purchase an item, it just charged my account within a second. Now I'm having a hard time getting my money back even though I have no intention to download or use the Took kit. I hope this can be resolved peacefully.Amazing instructors

Tho I just started my class. My first class experience was amazing it was really interesting each sub topics where explained carefully and in detail can't wait for my next session
I'm finding very informative. I have some knoweldge of PM but not aware of everything that is covered within the course. The lessons are clear and quiz tests are a good way of checking your understanding. You can then go back over the lesson when you find you haven't fully understood the terminology.
It is really easy to understand and very helpful content.

I took a lot of online courses and I can compare. This Graphic Design class is really a treat for me. You can get new skills easily and pleasantly for not a decent price. First period is free and you will check whether you like it or not. The module lessons are pleasant to watch and very clear to understand. And the best thing is - control! Because YOU schedule your lessons and you are responsible of attending it so it is wonderful for procrastinators who can't finish any course. It helps. I will definately recommend it to my collegues

Started my first lesson May, 18th! I absolutely love the pace, I love that I can review the educational information afterwards to document notes for myself as I'm a handwriting learner. The professor has an amazing accent and it only keeps me listening more! He makes everything he speaks about exciting and states things in ways I'm able to comprehend. I have now explored several courses and modules. I see how the overall system works and think the information in several areas is great for beginners. Im looking forward to exploring a bit further to see if the information becomes deeper as the modules go on. So far so good.
classes have hood information motion, but the program is difficult to work with and a bit misleading. This program really nickel and dimes you. Making you pay for notes, and a diploma after you already paid for the course is obserd . You are not told these things before you perchase and things are not correctly explained

Shaw academy is really great.
The Project Management course is very clear and incisive, having the right speed. The AI system for questions is also a nice touch. The only negative thing is the extreme amount of e-mails sent everyday by the Shaw Academy.
Step by step instructions introduce each subject. Lesson is fast and hence need to be alert to understand it
I like the class, as English in not my native language, sometimes I find it to fast but I have adopted, I would like to have more interaction and more tasks practical.
I did not know all the special features that our camera phones have and Shaw Academy made me realize it. Can't wait to take and share my first picture applying what I learned in my first class, and certainly I can't wait to learn more. Awesome knowledge.
I am not enjoying the course as much as I thought I would. I find that the delivery is very fast and I have not enough time to absorb the information.
Similar to lesson 1 on the Diploma for Sports Nutrition, lesson 2 has been concise and easy to understand. Though the audio sometimes gets cut off and the presentation goes a head in a few occasions. Overall, it has been very educational by far

As the course continues, it’s still very interesting, very easy to comprehend and very informative. I like that you can pick and choose when you can get to it and that they will send you reminders prior to your course starting. Days prior, day of and an hour before etc. which for me ( since I suffer from short term memory loss from brain surgery) it’s very convenient, and helpful. Definitely considering the continuation of this platform.
