Glass home/kitchen items
I recently bought some glass home and kitchen items from this company and I must say, I had a brilliant experience. They have such a huge range of products that it was so easy for me to find exactly what I wanted. The best part was that the items arrived way before the expected delivery date, which was a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged when it arrived, but their customer service team was amazing and sorted it out straight away. They sent a replacement item on the same day and it arrived promptly the next morning. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with the situation, it just goes to show how much they care about their customers' happiness. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
Mirror
The mirror arrived and it was in substandard condition. Bubbly around the mirrors edges. Scratches, someone’s hand print on the gold.
I immediately contacted customer services who replied promptly and provided me with two options:
1) I was to suggest the amount they should give me for a partial refund to save them costs of collection.
2) they would arrange collection and full refund.
I opted for a partial refund and left and honest review of the experience and the faulty product. Rinkit contacted me and said they were disappointed I had left that review. Surely they cannot expect a partial refund to prevent a bad review? Other shoppers should be aware of this company and the state that their products arrive in!I had left that review. I recently bought some home accessories from a company and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. I placed my order on a Sunday and went for standard delivery. However, one of the mugs in my order had a chip as it must have been knocked about in delivery. I dropped the company an email and was happy to get a reply within 2 hours. All in all, I had a good shopping experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.
Recent purchase of various items
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from an online shop. I was really happy when my order arrived the very next day. Most of the things I got were fragile glass and china pieces, and I was so glad to see that they were well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. But, unfortunately, one item was damaged when it arrived. I quickly emailed the shop about it and was thrilled to get a response within 20 minutes. They sent out a replacement for the damaged item on the same day, which I thought was really great. In the end, I'm happy with the things I bought and the quick customer service I got.

I bought a foldable table from the company recently, but sadly, it was damaged upon arrival. At first, the customer service was good as they said I could get some money back if I kept the item due to issues with returning it. However, things got worse when they said I would not get the full refund they initially offered. When I asked for a replacement table, I was just given a label for returning the damaged one. This whole situation has been strange and I am not happy with the service from the company. I'm relieved that they are collecting the damaged table and will give me a refund as they should.

I'm pleased with how it was resolved, but it would have been better to receive the whole order in the first place.
