By the third replacement, I’d rather lost patience with the whole thing. We bought a patio table and chairs, and every table arrived damaged, although customer services did arrange another one quickly each time. The people on the phone were polite, to be fair, but the packing and delivery process clearly isn’t up to it. Thin plastic around a heavy tabletop just doesn’t protect it. I’ve had damaged furniture from other companies before, but never this much back-and-forth. Now I’ve got three broken tables to get rid of, and chairs sitting there without a table. The partial refund was frustrating too, as the chair packaging had already been thrown away. Not ordering again.
