    Delayed order processing

    I've had a really disappointing experience with this company. Trying to get my order sorted and sent out has been a total nightmare. It's been three days now and my order still hasn't even been packed and sent from the warehouse. I haven't had any communication or updates at all, which has left me feeling frustrated and really fed up. The customer service is just pathetic - there's no care or urgency in getting things sorted. I'm getting to the point where I might have to do a chargeback with my credit card provider because I have no idea when I'll actually get the items I paid for. I would definitely tell others to steer clear of this company.

    Pushy sales, unpleasant experience

    As a customer, I found the pushy sales tactics in-store really off-putting. I just wanted to have a relaxed look around and make my purchase without feeling like I was being hassled or forced into buying more than I needed. The hard sell approach was uncomfortable and made my shopping trip very unpleasant. It's a shame because I would have considered coming back if I hadn't been put off by the relentless sales pressure.

    Three foam shower gels

    I bought three foam shower gels from this particular brand not too long ago, and I have to say, I was quite let down by the packaging. When I tried to use them, all three seemed to be clogged up or maybe broken in some way. It was so odd because the gels would start off as liquid, turn into foam, and then just leak out uncontrollably from the bottle. It made a right mess in my shower, and honestly, it just added unnecessary stress to what should have been a nice, relaxing shower. Overall, I felt like the product didn't really meet my expectations, and the whole experience just left me feeling frustrated.

    Body cream

    I bought some body cream from this store not long ago, and I was really disappointed to find bits of plastic in it. It's not good at all and makes me question how well they check their products for quality and hygiene. I got in touch with their customer service about it, but they didn't really apologise or offer me a refund, which wasn't great. It's now April and the issue still hasn't been sorted, which shows they're not very urgent or caring about it. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and unsure if I want to buy from them again.

    In-store purchase of over £70, attempted to use authorised discounts

    I was really disappointed with my time at that shop. I was all set to spend more than £70, and I had two discounts that were definitely allowed, but the person at the till wouldn't let me use them. I tried to explain everything, but they were just not helpful at all. They were rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say. It was so frustrating and really not a nice experience, it's left me with a bad feeling about the whole place.
