Pajar Canadian Jacket
I just bought a Pajar Canadian jacket from the store using the Borderfree platform because I live in the UK. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a go. Paying with PayPal was easy, and my order arrived today. It did take about 3 weeks to get here, but considering it was during the holidays, it wasn't too bad. I could track the delivery after a small delay of 5 days when Saks Off Fifth sent the package, but after that, everything was fine. The best bit was getting an ultra warm Canadian down jacket for only £167, which is less than half the normal price. I'm really happy with my purchase and how easy the whole process was.
Coat from collaboration
Oh my gosh, I ordered this really cool coat from a collaboration recently. People were saying it might turn out badly, but I really wanted it and couldn't find it anywhere else. Surprisingly, I received it in just 11 days even though I live far away, and there were no issues with customs or delivery. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition! I'm really happy with it. However, I'm not entirely sure if it's authentic or not, so I can't say for certain.
2-Piece tuxedo
So I recently bought a 2-piece tuxedo from this store, but when it arrived, all I got was the jacket! The way it was packed was pretty poor - just all bunched up in a little plastic bag. Dealing with customer service was a real headache - had to speak to three different agents who weren't even in the US. Can you believe one of them asked me to send a photo of the missing trousers? Anyway, after all that, I finally got a return label and they waived the return fee. Now I'm just waiting for them to get back the jacket before they give me back my $600.
Perfume purchase
I recently purchased a fancy perfume from Saks Off Fifth and to be honest, I was really let down. The perfume I got was nothing like what was promised - in fact, it was a fake! The fragrance didn't even last an hour, leaving me feeling like I'd been fooled and left out of pocket. To top it all off, I had to fork out extra for return fees to send back these dodgy products. Normally, I don't usually complain about things, but this experience was just so unjust that I felt I had to vent about it.
Shoe purchase
I bought some shoes from this company and I was really let down by the whole thing. When the shoes arrived, it was clear that they were not in the condition that was promised on the website. It was pretty obvious that the shoes had been worn before, even though they were supposed to be new. This is just not on and goes against what consumers deserve. I am shocked by how dishonest this company has been and think they need to take responsibility for fooling people like this.
New shoes
The Saks Off 5th online store is absolutely terrible! I ordered some new shoes and guess what? They only sent me one shoe! Can you believe it? So I contacted them and do you know what they said? They didn't even believe me! They had the nerve to say that they trust their warehouses more than they trust me! How rude is that?
Recent online purchase
My recent experience with online shopping at this store was an absolute disaster. I used to think highly of this place, but now I'm really let down. They use a delivery service that is shoddy and unreliable. The CDL drivers appear to lack basic reading skills and are lazy and useless. The package never actually made it to me when it was supposed to. The driver just dumped it outside by the pavement instead of bringing it to my door as required. When I got in touch with customer service, the staff were nice but couldn't do much other than say they couldn't give me a refund due to their "policy." But this policy just seems like it's there to protect them from being sued rather than actually help us, the customers.
Burberry shirt purchase
I bought a Burberry shirt from this shop recently and I was really let down by how it was packaged for delivery. The shirt ended up all crumpled because it was squeezed into a small plastic bag. It's not great to see a luxury brand like Burberry not taking care with how they package their items for delivery. It definitely wasn't what I was expecting when my order arrived.
Shirt purchase for son's birthday
I was really disappointed with my online shopping experience at this store. I ordered a shirt for my son's birthday, and they said it would arrive on a certain date. But it never showed up. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me they didn't actually have the shirt in stock. The worst part was when I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do it because the payment was still pending with my bank. This meant they kept charging my card and then cancelling the charge, only to charge it again. My bank couldn't stop the charges because they were still pending, so I had to get a new card to break the cycle. It was a complete nightmare, and I won't be shopping there again.
Black leather sneakers with rubber soles
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. I bought a pair of black leather trainers with rubber soles, hoping for good quality shoes at a decent price. But what I got was completely different. After waiting ages, I finally got some black plastic trainers with plastic soles. They were not only not what I wanted but also really poor quality and clearly fake. They even had a tag inside saying they were made in Vietnam, which set off alarm bells for me. They came in a dodgy, fake-looking box with no receipt. I feel like I wasted over a hundred quid plus postage on these cheap copies. And to top it off, I couldn't even get in touch with the company to sort it out. It felt like they'd just robbed me.
White slides purchase
I am absolutely appalled by how my white slides were presented. I bought a pair of Valentino slides and they arrived without their box. I mean, who sends out designer shoes without the right packaging? It's just not on. And to make matters worse, they had the cheek to only offer me a tiny 10% discount as an apology. It's completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at that store again.
Purple jeans shorts
I bought these purple shorts for my son from that shop. And when they arrived, there was this dirty white tag on the pocket! Ew, disgusting! And weirdly enough, they still had other tags on them too. Oh, and get this - I actually found a Black and Mild wrapper in one of the pockets! Can you believe it? How uncool is that!
Floral dress
I bought a really pretty floral dress from the online store a while back. But, to my disappointment, it never showed up even though the post office said they delivered it. My mailbox is secured, so I couldn't have missed it if it had actually arrived, which is really frustrating. I've tried so many times to find out where the package is, but the information I got was all over the place and not very helpful at all. It's been over a month now, and I'm still no closer to getting either the dress or a refund. The company said they would investigate and give me my money back, but now it seems like they've gone back on their word, which has left me feeling let down and out of pocket.
