    Deep white fixie wheelset

    I spent ages searching for a deep white fixie wheelset, and eventually found exactly what I wanted on the Santafixie website. I didn't waste any time and placed my order straight away. But after a couple of days, I realised I needed a different freewheel, so I got in touch with their customer service team. They replied really quickly and were more than happy to make the change to my order. Then the next day, I spotted a gorgeous white crankset on their site, so I decided to add it to my order. Once again, Santafixie were really helpful and said they could ship everything together to save me on shipping costs. I got an email this morning with all the tracking details, and now I'm just eagerly waiting for my new products to arrive. Overall, I'm super impressed with the way Santafixie's customer service team have been so responsive, friendly, and professional.

    I love cycling, so when myself and the boys fixed a date to go cycling I knew I had to be fully prepared. The best cycling accessories were what I needed. I searched online for some cycling items I will have to buy and I loved the products I saw on Santafixie's page. I placed an order for a helmet, a pair of sunglasses, and a backpack. The price was quite affordable and when it was delivered to me within a few days, it was exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with Santafixie's products and will shop from them again whenever I need any of the items that they sell. I recommend Santafixie to anyone looking to buy quality bicycles-= and accessories.

    After seeing some worrying reviews, I still decided to go ahead with my purchase and was actually quite pleased with the outcome. I was a bit nervous about my order because of the negative feedback I had seen, so I decided to get in touch with them to make sure everything was okay. Despite it being a busy double bank holiday period, my order arrived fairly quickly and was in perfect condition.     Recently purchased a fixed gear item online

    My experience with this online store was absolutely awful. I thought it was a UK company, but it turns out it wasn't. The customer service was practically non-existent and they hardly replied to my messages. Even after two weeks, my order still hadn't arrived. The prices weren't even that good, and I wish I had looked into it more before buying. I guess I thought they were like this other UK company that sells fixed gear stuff. It was just really disappointing overall, and I would recommend steering clear of this shop if you can.

    Placed an order from the UK and then worried about it being from a faraway place

    I ordered something from a distant place and then realised it was even further away which made me a bit nervous. Luckily, everything worked out fine in the end!     Late order, blaming suppliers and couriers

    I'm really let down by the customer service at this company. It's been two weeks since I ordered and my stuff still hasn't been sent out. When I asked about the delay, all I got was excuses about suppliers and couriers. They said delays happen a lot around this time, but that's no excuse for such rubbish service. I won't be shopping with them again.

    I ordered my bike ages ago and it has only just arrived! The customer service was terrible, hardly got any replies. And now FedEx is asking me to pay extra money for duty fees that I didn't know about. I'm really not happy at all, I wouldn't recommend them!

    After buying from Santafixie, I was a bit let down to discover that they aren't based in the UK despite their .co.uk website address. They claimed that "duties are included" but I ended up having to pay extra import duties and taxes when my order arrived. Not being able to reach them on the phone made it tough to sort it out. I think any foreign shop selling to the UK should be clear about where they are and any added charges.

    On the bright side, my stuff arrived pretty quickly and I wasn't hit with any unexpected fees. But, Santafixie could definitely do with improving the info on their website to match the real buying process.

    I bought a bike from this company not long ago, and I'm afraid it didn't go well at all. They sent the bike all the way from Spain instead of the UK, which meant I had to pay extra fees that I wasn't told about when I bought it. Also, I was expecting the bike to be delivered to my home, not internationally, which made things even more difficult. To make matters worse, when the bike finally arrived, some parts were missing, and I've been struggling to get hold of anyone for help.

    Faulty bike seat pole

    I bought a bike from this company and after just a few minutes of my son using it, the seat pole snapped. It's been more than two weeks now and Santafixie still hasn't provided any solution or replacement. I ended up having to spend extra money at a different bike shop to get a new pole. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

    I was so disappointed with how long it took for my recent purchase to be delivered. The website said 2-7 days, but it ended up taking 13 days for me to get my parcel. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would talk to the shipping company, but then I heard nothing back about where my parcel was. After waiting for another week, I decided to ask for a refund because I was getting really fed up with the whole situation. Finally, after lots of phone calls to the shipping company, my parcel arrived, but they weren't much help in sorting out the problem. The whole process was a nightmare, and they definitely need to work on making sure deliveries are quick and smooth in the future.
