Hey, so I recently stayed at this hotel, yeah? It was honestly not good at all. The room hadn't even been cleaned properly and the bed was all messy, you know what I mean? Plus, there wasn't even any soap or essentials in the bathroom which is just disgusting. And oh my, the food was such a let-down - both dinner and breakfast felt like something you'd find at a mediocre restaurant. Also, the coffee was always cold because they served it in freezing cups, like why do that? And having to go outside to access the SPA and Gym was really inconvenient. The receptionists were also quite rude and didn't even bother greeting us properly. Overall, just not a pleasant experience, you know?

Recently, I bought an FLSU V400 printer that was still under warranty. Unfortunately, I had a problem with one of the parts. I tried to get help through email as told on the website, but I was really disappointed with the support I got. It took days to get answers to my questions, even for simple ones. I gave all the info they asked for, like screenshots, checks, and tests, but the problem wasn't fixed after several weeks. When I asked about sending the broken part for repair or replacement at my own cost, they said they could only help remotely. Hey everyone, let me tell you about my recent experience with the worst customer service I've ever encountered. So, I returned a £200+ item on January 8th, asked for a refund, and what do you think happened? Absolutely nothing. No response at all. Can you believe it? So, I took it a step further and sent them an email on January 30th, even attached the proof from the Post Office showing that I returned the item. Still, not a word from them. Can you imagine? It's just unacceptable. And their 'BOT' service? It's like talking to a brick wall - no help at all. Their clothes are nice, but when it comes to getting your money back, it's a nightmare. Trust me, do yourself a favour and steer clear of them like the plague.
