Their 'offers' regularly seem to have catches.

    SKULL SHOULDER WRAP - Allover Long sleeve T-Shirt

    Spiral have started using a different garment supplier and they are way too small and a lower quality. I returned the one my sister bought me as a gift and, although they have repeatedly told me they would send a replacement they have not, and numerous staff have apologised but subsequently just ignore me.

    I’ve been waiting for a year now and they won’t even return the one I sent back. Rubbish sizes and ... customer service.

    Long sleeved Tee, worker shirt and boots.

    Ordered 3 items for christmas presents but one of them wasn't sent out. Had to ask them why this was and they re-sent the item. Of the other 2 items, they sent the wrong size boots. I had to send them back at my own cost. (We lost £5 doing this). They then said they had none of the size in stock and said I could have an exhange or refund. I asked for an exhange and they promptly refunded me without reading the email. Not happy at all they seem next to useless.

    Bad customer service

    I ordered three items for Spain, they charged me all three and I only received two. I have opened a ticket to claim and I have sent several emails, but a week has passed and they have not contacted me yet. I had to ask my brother, who lives in the UK, to please call them on the phone, but they do not pick up the phone.
    Bad treatment to the client, I will not buy more times. I want my refund.

    Don't trust Spiral Direct

    Ordered goods on 11th January, had to phone on 22nd to chase them. Was promised a call back ASAP. They eventually called back the next day and said the goods were out of stock when I ordered them and offered me a different size. I pointed out that option was absolutely useless to me and they begrudgingly offered a refund. This is the second time this has happened and it always gets blamed on either system or IT problems. I wouldn't trust this shower now as far as I could throw them as they are obviously taking money and hoping people will either forget or won't be forceful enough when chasing them. I will also be reporting them to trading standards as once is a mistake but twice is incompetence. Still no sign of the refund so it looks as if I will have to open a case with PayPal.
