Magical night light purchase
I recently ordered a special night light for my granddaughter's birthday, but it ended up getting lost in the post. Luckily, Luke from customer service went above and beyond by sending a small gift for me to give her while they tried to track down the original order. After finding out that the delivery company had no record of the first package being delivered, they promptly sent out a new light. I just received it today, and I am sure my granddaughter will absolutely adore it. Even though I was bummed out that the original light didn't make it on time, I have to commend the fantastic customer service provided by the folks over at Kingdom of Stars. Thank you for the outstanding service.
Birthday gift purchase
I bought a birthday present from this company not too long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with the quality of the item. It came right on time for the special occasion I needed it for, which was fantastic. However, there was a little hiccup with the packaging that I had to sort out through email. I was pleasantly surprised when Freddy, the owner of the business, got back to me swiftly and offered a solution that went above and beyond what I was expecting. His amazing customer service really made a big difference in how I felt about my overall experience with this company. I'm really happy with the product and the service I received. Cheers!
Toys and home decors
Visiting Star kingdom was to buy toys for my kids after a neighbour bought interesting toys from there for her kids. But just as I was not expected, visiting the site saw me truly carried away by other items displayed for sale there especially in the area of home decor. And because these other products were equally necessary in my house, instead of just buying toys, I bought beyond that into items like rugs, mat, picture frames, canvas prints, curtains and others I can't totally list out. It is interesting to realize that was a bad decision as the products bought really served and still serving. I'm proud of Star Kingdom for dealing on quality products.
Foot warmer purchase
I was really impressed with the customer service from this UK business. I bought a foot warmer as a Christmas present and then changed my mind on which one I wanted after I'd already ordered it. I sent an email to the company and was surprised to get a reply from Luke straight away, even though it was a Saturday night. Luke quickly sorted out my request without any fuss. The foot warmer is really good quality, super soft and warm, and the price was fair. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping here again. The delivery was fast, the communication was great, and it all had a nice personal touch.
Late order, out of stock
I bought something from this shop not too long ago, but unfortunately, they couldn't send it to me because it was out of stock. When I got in touch to ask what was going on, they told me they didn't have the item and offered me a refund instead. The problem is, I needed it for a birthday present so that wasn't ideal. To top it off, it's been a week now and PayPal still hasn't finished processing the refund.
Animal gloves
I bought some animal gloves from this shop recently, and I have to say, I was really impressed by the wide selection of electric home gadgets and toys they have. The gloves are super cosy and warm, plus they make a fun and different Christmas gift idea. I like that they offer lots of different products, and their prices are really competitive. The customer service I got when I purchased the gloves was excellent, which made my shopping experience really enjoyable.

Plus, they threw in an extra surprise gift as an apology for the delay. I was really impressed with the way they treated me and I'd definitely recommend them to others. The products were top-notch quality and the recipient loved the gifts.
A variety of products
I came across this company by accident and was really pleased with the variety of products they had. The things I bought were not only cool but also really good quality. 4 cool things
So, I bought these 4 really awesome items from this place, you know? The website had loads of stuff that you just can't find anywhere else. But you know what really surprised me? The customer service was amazing! One of my items didn't arrive with the rest and I was like, "Oh no!" But then this guy called Luke sorted it out really quickly. He said he'd send the missing item by courier and even threw in some freebies to apologise. What a great guy! We definitely need more stores like this, no joking. Order of replacement item, delayed delivery
The customer service at this place is just brilliant. I ordered a replacement item that was delayed because of postal issues. I contacted their team for help and they were really understanding and supportive. They gave me a choice of a refund or a replacement, and I chose a replacement. Even though there were more delays with the delivery, they went the extra mile by refunding the postage charge and even sending a free gift to say sorry for the inconvenience. Everything arrived in perfect condition today and I am so thankful for their amazing customer service.
Birthday gift purchase for daughter
The customer service at this place is top-notch! A guy named Luke went above and beyond to help me out and made sure my daughter's birthday present arrived on time. Funky keyring and earbuds
I was really chuffed with the funky keyring and earbuds I ordered - the design was so cool and different! My daughter absolutely adores her new keyring, she's got it proudly hanging on her school bag now. And the earbuds are brilliant - the sound quality and volume are top-notch, perfect for everyday use. I'd definitely recommend both items if you're after something fun and useful.
Solar lights
I absolutely love these solar lights! They look absolutely incredible in my garden. I did have a bit of an issue with one of the strings, but the customer service team were brilliant and sent me a replacement straight away. This company is absolutely fantastic and just what we've been looking for!

I was really impressed with the customer service from this company. My package was late, but they made sure to keep me updated on the delivery status. When my product broke, they quickly and efficiently dealt with my refund request. The emails they sent were really nice and welcoming. Remote control shark
My son really caught me off guard when he asked for a remote control shark for his birthday, but I was thrilled to discover that Star Kingdom had one in stock! I reached out to them to ask about delivery times, and they were incredibly helpful. Not only did they find out it was my son's birthday that week, but they also sent it out first class immediately! I couldn't have been happier with the level of service they provided.
Ordering disaster
So, yeah, I ordered some stuff and they didn't even send it. I tried getting in touch with them twice but didn't hear anything back. It was really frustrating. Eventually, I ended up getting a refund but without any explanation or anything. I was hoping that things would be better this time after a really bad experience in the past, but nope. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Magical Willow Tree Vine Lights
I just bought the Magical Willow Tree Vine Lights from this place and I have to say I'm really impressed with both the quality of the product and the service I received. The whole process from ordering to delivery was smooth and easy. The customer service was excellent, they answered my questions quickly and really wanted to make sure I was happy. The lights themselves are stunning and have made my home feel magical. I would definitely recommend this product and this place to anyone who wants unique and top-notch items.
Poster purchase
I ordered this poster ages ago, but when it finally arrived in the mail, it was all squashed and messed up. The quality was awful, it looked like something from the old internet in the 90s. And to top it off, it was really expensive!
Christmas order
The customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with the courier delaying part of my Christmas order, but one of the agents really went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Despite the courier messing up, the team here still gave me a discount on my current order and any future orders, along with a free courier upgrade. It's not often you see a business showing that level of dedication and care, especially when the problem was actually with the courier and not them.
