Guided meditations
I'm really disappointed by the way the customer service team handled things following my guided meditations purchase. It seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them. Another person had trouble accessing their stuff too. The system's errors just kept causing payment problems, and the customer service reps didn't really help. It felt like they didn't properly understand what was going wrong, and they just brushed off the issue. I didn't feel listened to or valued as a customer. I was hoping for a more professional and caring approach from the team, especially when it comes to fixing technical problems. But, unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations, and now I've got a pretty bad view of their customer service in general.

I bought an eyeshadow palette from this company, and I must say it's been a nightmare. They promised a refund for a missing item but haven't bothered to get back to me at all. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on my order from this company, especially after hearing so many great reviews about their products. When it finally arrived, I was happy to see that the item I had chosen was just what I was looking for and it came pretty quickly too. However, I was let down when I tried to use the promo codes they had on their website. They were supposed to give me 30% off, but when I put them in at the checkout, I only got 20% off. It was a bit annoying and it definitely put a damper on things. The product itself was still of good quality, but the whole pricing mix-up was not what I was hoping for.

As someone who's new to this store, I bought a coat recently that I quite liked, but it turned out to be too big for me. I recently bought a jumpsuit from this company, but when it arrived, I found some stitching issues that made it impossible to wear. I returned it right away with a note explaining the problems, but unfortunately, they refused to give me a refund because I didn't send photos of the defects, even though this wasn't mentioned anywhere on their packaging or website. It took me three months of emailing and trying to get in touch with their customer service before I managed to get my money back, after reaching out to them on Instagram. The owner was not helpful at all and argued with me throughout the whole process, which was really frustrating and annoying. Eventually, I did get my refund, but it was after a lot of unnecessary trouble and waiting. Their customer service was really poor, and I definitely won't be buying from them again. It seems like they don't understand consumer rights and make things way more complicated than they need to be.

Office rental experience
I wasn't very happy with the office rental experience. They made lots of mistakes with the invoices and payments, and annoyingly, it always seemed to benefit the company. The facilities weren't great, with no proper kitchen and missing basics like coffee and tea. But, I had to stick with it as there weren't many other choices nearby. The staff were friendly, but it was clear that they were restricted by the company's rules and couldn't give the level of support I needed.

Medium short jacket
I bought a medium short jacket from this store not long ago, and I've got to say, I'm super impressed with how good it is. I'm 5'9" with an athletic build, and the fit of the jacket is spot on. I'm really happy with it, but what's even better is that my girlfriend loves it too. It's always a bonus when your other half gives the thumbs up to your outfits, right?

Horrible tour experience
The tour guides were really nice and helpful, but honestly, the whole experience was a complete disaster. The train we travelled on was ancient, the toilets were disgusting, and the food was barely edible. It was scorching hot and we were rushed through so many sights before we could finally chill on the river cruise. I even ended up being sick from exhaustion and heat stroke on the journey to Abu Simbu. And, if that wasn't bad enough, we were left at the wrong terminal at the airport. It was just chaos from beginning to end.

Never shopping here again
Hey everyone, I've had the worst time shopping online at this place. I used to buy things here a lot, but I won't be going back again. Their customer service is so bad! Honestly, I've never come across people this unhelpful before. They just don't care, even if it's their fault! I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, like olive young global or yesstyle, where they actually treat you well.
The first time I got annoyed was when I received a cleanser that was almost expired in 6 months. They didn't mention it on the website! If it's going to expire soon, just tell me so I can choose whether I want it or not. They said they sell items with close expiration dates, but why not just put it on the page? I don't want to buy old stuff without knowing. All the other stores I buy from have expiration dates far in the future. That's how it should be, right?
Then, the final straw was when I made a big order during a brand launch event. They had good deals, so I ordered 4 items and a few more to get free shipping. But when my order arrived, only 1 of the discounted items was in there. I asked them to send the rest, but they refused! It was their error, but they wouldn't rectify it. It felt like they lured me into buying more with their offer and then intentionally didn't send everything. Maybe they just didn't want to pay for extra shipping. If they make a mistake, they should fix it and send the missing items. They refunded my money, but I only bought the extras because of the offer. These people are complete thieves! The airline approved my refund back in September 2021, but they're still making excuses and haven't given me back my money for the ticket. I've had to report them to trading standards and the airline regulators because of their disgraceful behaviour. I've never come across such a shameless company before. It took a whole 4 weeks for me to finally get the incomplete order, only to discover that some of the items were actually out of stock. Brother embroidery machine
One gutted customer I've wanted an embroidery machine for years saw this in the black Friday deal it was down from £899 to half price I ordered it and eagerly awaited its arrival it was dispatched on the 5th of December and I tracked it on the 7th where it said it was with the courier but there was a 24 hour delay, we are now on the 13th of December and it says the same thing I've contacted create and craft who now claim it's lost in the courier system WTF !! They are trying to refund me but I don't want a refund I want them to pull their finger out and find it, surely Somebody knows where it is !! Coincidentally the machine is out of stock so they can't replace it how very convenient !! I will never order from these con artists again
