lovely shopping experience from Stark
The girls and I were considering getting our skin tanned. I feared for my skin. I have had breakouts and damaged skin in the past after being exposed to low-quality products, so I wasn't comfortable until Melia told me about Tan-luxe products. I ordered their tanning product, hoping it gets to me in time for the trip. Within 48 hours it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with the product and will shop from them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I've been using the hyaluronic serum for a few months now and I have to say, it's been a game changer for me. It's honestly the best face product I've ever bought. Body butter issue resolved
I had a bit of a problem with some body butter I bought from this company not long ago, and I have to say their customer service team was absolutely brilliant. I got in touch with them about the issue, and they were really quick to get back to me and help me out. Mia from the support team was especially great and gave me a replacement without any extra charges. I was really impressed by how fast and helpful they were, and how they went out of their way to make sure I was happy.
Tan Lux face and body glow
So I picked up this face and body glow product and honestly, it's absolutely fabulous! I managed to snag it on sale and it really is top-notch. It's a breeze to apply, doesn't leave me looking like an Oompa Loompa, and it's a quick process. I used to dread applying tanning products, but now it's my favourite part of my routine!
Butter gradual tan
I recently purchased this gradual tan butter from a website and I was really looking forward to giving it a go. However, I must admit I was quite let down by the results. I had to apply three layers just to notice a little bit of colour! What a waste of both product and money, don't you think? Although, I did quite like the scent. In my view, definitely not worth £25.
The Face, The Body, The Butter
I bought three items - The Face, The Body, and The Butter. They do seem to work, but I've come across a few issues. Even though I have fair skin, I often see some uneven patches after using these products. Certain areas on my body end up with a strong colour, even when I use moisturiser. The colour has a bit of an orange tint sometimes, and if I apply too much at once, I can end up looking like a carrot! There's also a noticeable smell to the products, but it's bearable. I wish they would go on more evenly and consistently on my skin. I might give the super glow products a try in the future, as they claim to be better for fair skin.
Delayed order
I ordered something that was meant to arrive in a few days, but it's been over a week now and my order still hasn't been sent out. My advice would be to try shopping somewhere else if you want better customer service.
Effective product
The product works wonders, it really does what it says on the tin - leaves my skin looking all bronzed and glowing. But, you lot need to watch out before placing an order. The delivery takes absolutely ages, and the customer service isn't up to scratch. I had to twiddle my thumbs for weeks waiting for my order, and when I finally tried to get in touch for an update, I was met with useless and unapologetic responses.
Smallest pot ever
That was such a scam! I couldn't believe how small the pot was, definitely the tiniest I've ever seen. It's so small, I reckon I could only use it once. Can you believe that false advertising? I'm really disappointed and won't be buying from them again.
