    My granny new favorite beauty product.

    My granny is a definition of a fashionista. I checked through her pictures and saw how beautiful she was while a youth. She was a model for top brands. Even at old age she doesn't joke with her beauty product. Her make up were always outstanding. Recently we had problems with her make up product. They were reacting with her skin. I guess because she was getting old. She begged me to get a better brand that sells old aged beauty product. I got to know about Tatcha. Their product were specially made for my granny. I made some orders for some beauty product which were delivered with ease to my granny house. She loved them and happy that they don't react on her face.

    Damaged package replacement

    I wrote a bad review before about the customer service at this company. But I have to say, Ashley completely turned things around for me. Even though I was really annoyed about a damaged package and struggling to get through to customer service, Ashley got back to me quickly by email and made sure I got a replacement the next day. She was fast and really committed to sorting out my problem as soon as possible, and it made me feel really happy with how everything turned out. I'm thankful for Ashley's quick response and excellent customer service.

    Expensive but good!

    These products are amazing, but they are quite expensive. I really wish they would have more discounts or lower prices because I have very sensitive skin and their products work wonders for me. Perhaps they could consider using less expensive packaging and reducing the prices so that I could afford to buy more of their products.

    Enzyme rice powder

    As someone who doesn't really fuss too much with skincare, I have to admit that the enzyme rice powder really impressed me. I've tried other products before, but this one actually worked in clearing up my skin and keeping it healthy. I definitely suggest giving it a go if you want an easy and effective skincare option.

    I've heard about this fab promotion where you can bag yourself a mystery goodie bag depending on how much you splash out. So, I thought I'd treat myself and invest in some skincare products from this posh brand. However, it turns out that my parcel has gone walkabout during delivery, and I've been struggling to get in touch with them to sort it out. They promised me a refund, but it's been ages now and I've yet to hear a peep from them! I mean, seriously, what on earth are they playing at?

    Water cream purchase

    I was so disappointed with my recent purchase of the water cream. As soon as it arrived, I noticed that the box was strangely light. When I opened it up, I found it was totally empty! I was really surprised and thought it was awful that they could make such a mistake. There was no apology in the package, but when I got in touch with customer service, they did send me a replacement. All in all, I wasn't happy and wouldn't think about buying from them again.

    Moisturizer purchase with false promotion

    I bought some moisturiser from this place as they were offering a free Essence with it. But when my package arrived, there was no Essence in it! Such a disappointment! And as if that wasn't enough, they didn't even send any free samples, just the pricey face cream. I attempted to email them a few times, but never heard back. Their chatbot is useless and no one answered the phone either. Terrible customer service if you ask me!

    Dewy Skin Cream

    I've been a loyal customer of this brand for the last two years, so I was looking forward to getting my hands on the Dewy Skin Cream I ordered. But, you won't believe it, when the package arrived, there was nothing in it. Can you imagine that? So, I got in touch with customer service right away, and they had the cheek to ask me for a photo of the empty box. I mean, really? As if I'd make up receiving an empty package! Anyway, I sent them the photo they asked for, and eventually got sent a replacement product. But the whole experience just left me feeling frustrated and wondering about the quality of their service.

    Booster car seats, incorrect items, customer service issue, refund

    I recently bought two booster car seats from this company, but I was really let down by the whole thing. I was charged $112 and then had to wait ages for the package to arrive. When it finally did, I was so surprised to see that they had sent me two car seat covers instead of the booster car seats I had ordered. And to top it off, when I tried to get in touch with their customer service, the number on their website was fake. I sent loads of emails but never got a reply. In the end, I had to get my bank to help me with a refund. It's so disappointing that a company would do this sort of thing, especially when it was meant to help my autistic children. This whole experience has left me really upset and has made me wary of using online retailers.

    Gift card order declined

    I made a purchase on the website using a gift card but I put in the wrong card details. Understandably, the order got declined. What really disappointed me was that my gift card balance showed as $0 afterwards. I tried to contact customer service through email and social media messages, but I didn't hear back from them. This lack of response and not resolving the problem left me frustrated and unhappy with the whole situation.

    Issue with Online Order

    I had an absolutely ridiculous experience trying to place an order on their website. I tried to purchase a product a few days ago, but had various technical difficulties. First, I couldn't get the code needed for check out. I emailed them, but the response I got was completely irrelevant to my issue. After speaking to someone over the phone, I managed to get a new password and proceed to check out. However, the "review order" button wouldn't work. After another call, the order was finally placed, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried multiple times, including confirming the cancellation of the order, but the customer service representative actually hung up on me. What kind of operation are they running here? And from the other reviews I've seen, it looks like my experience is not unique at all.

    Slow Shipping

    I've ordered from here twice now, and both times I've felt like I was waiting as long as a snail to bring my package. It took around three weeks each time, which is just too much. After the second order, they did send an email apologising for the delay and even gave me a discount code for my next purchase. But would you believe it - the code either didn't work or expired without me realising. If they can't sort out their shipping speed, I'm done with them.

    I bought some skincare products from this company not too long ago, and I'm really let down by how they handled everything. Firstly, the amount they took from my bank account was way more than what the receipt said, which was a big shock. I've tried sending them emails multiple times, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. Their chat service isn't available, and whenever I try to call them, it's always engaged - so annoying! It's really frustrating to be kept in the dark like this with no way to sort things out. I expected much better from a company that's supposed to be reputable. After this experience, I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
