Wedding dress purchase
I recently bought a wedding dress from an online store and I have to say, I was really happy with the whole experience. Ordering it was easy as pie and it arrived right on time. When I first saw the package, I was a bit worried as it looked a bit flimsy, but when I opened it up, the dress was in perfect condition and the quality was top-notch. The price was really good considering how well-made the dress was. It fit me like a glove, no alterations needed. I also got a veil separately and I was chuffed to see that it matched the dress perfectly. Personally, I would have preferred an off-shoulder style rather than the spaghetti straps, but that's just my own taste. All in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I appreciate how the seller responded to my queries.
Evening dress purchase
I just bought an evening dress from this company and honestly, I'm so impressed with how good it is. The material is really high quality and the stitching is just perfect. The dress fits me like a glove and it looks just as amazing as it did in the online photos. I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
XL white jumper
I bought a XL white jumper from this company recently and I was really disappointed with it. The design was nice, but the quality was really bad - the seams were visible and not lined up properly, which made it look cheap. Also, the sizing was all wrong. I got it for my daughter, who is 5'8" and 150lbs, but the jumper was clearly made for someone who is no taller than 5'4". They didn't give any inseam measurements or details about the model's height and size on the website, so it was hard to know what size to get.
Dress Purchase
I ordered this dress that looked gorgeous in the picture, but when it arrived, it was a completely different story! It felt more like wearing a sack of potatoes instead of the lovely flowy dress I had imagined. And the colour was completely off too!
Ankle boots
I am absolutely fuming with the service I received. Back in January, I placed an order for a pair of ankle boots and it feels like I've been waiting forever for them to arrive. Every time I speak to customer service, they tell me my order will be sent soon but it never happens. They even said they'd give me a small refund, but surprise surprise, it never came through. And to top it all off, I discovered they use fake images from other businesses. I feel totally conned and will definitely not be shopping here again.
Wig purchase
I bought a wig from this company and it was a total disaster. The wig was really bad quality and didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. It was so bad that I could only really wear it for a fancy dress party or Halloween. I got in touch with customer service about the problem, but they didn't reply to any of my emails. To top it off, they don't allow returns on purchases, so now I'm stuck with a wig that I won't ever wear again. All in all, it was a really awful experience and I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.
Dress order
I recently bought a dress from this company, but it turned out to be too big and not great quality. So, I thought I'd return it, even though I had to pay for the return myself. The whole return process wasn't easy, though. At first, they said they didn't get the dress back and wanted proof. After a bit of discussion, they did send me another dress. But it was actually cheaper than the one I bought originally, and now they're refusing to give me the money back for the difference. They keep changing their excuses, and our argument is still going on.
Late Order
I ordered from this company about 3 months back and I still haven't got my stuff! And on top of that, I've sent emails to their customer service a bunch of times and I haven't heard anything back. It's so annoying to not get any updates on my order. I'd recommend anyone considering buying from them to reconsider.
Missing item from order
I placed an order with this company recently and I'm disappointed to say I only got part of what I ordered. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for months but haven't heard a peep back. It's really frustrating not just to be missing something I paid for, but also to feel like they're not bothered about helping me sort it out. I haven't been able to get a refund or a replacement for what's missing, even though I've tried loads of times to get through to them. This kind of customer service just isn't good enough and I'm really let down by my experience with this company.
Clothing items
I really need to emphasise this - don't waste your time or money on that website. They're a complete scam and can't be trusted. I fell for it myself, thinking I was getting a great deal on some clothes, but it was just a waste of money. I never even got an order confirmation, yet they had no issue charging my credit card. When I tried to contact them about my order, all I got was a phoney delivery confirmation number from China to the US. Unsurprisingly, I couldn't track this number properly, and when I asked about it, they just ignored me. It's obvious they have no intention of actually fulfilling orders - they're just looking to rip off unsuspecting customers.
Three wigs, wrong colour and poor quality
I ordered three wigs in Brown with gold highlights, but when they arrived, I received three Salt and Pepper wigs instead. To make matters worse, not only were the wigs the wrong colour, but they were also really bad quality. I was so disappointed and honestly quite disgusted with the whole situation. TBDRESS completely lied about the shipping and when I tried to address the issue, they quickly sent me the wrong items. It was just a terrible shopping experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.
Cute jumper and shoes
I bought a lovely jumper and shoes from this company, all excited for them to arrive for an event. But after waiting a whole month with no sign of them, I decided to get in touch and ask about my order. The person I spoke to said they'd check on it, but as time went on, there was still no solution. Finally, they told me the package had been sent back to them, but they couldn't explain why. When I asked for my money back, they said they hadn't got the package back yet and couldn't give me a refund. And to top it off, they stopped replying to my emails completely, leaving me with no items or cash.
Telescope
I bought a telescope from this website and everything seemed fine. However, things got complicated when I got conflicting messages about my delivery. The website changed its name from TBDress to Access T Shop, which threw me off, and the tracking info said my order was sent to an address in Florida - not where I live in Arkansas. It took some time to get through to customer service, but when I finally did, they said my item was lost and that a refund was on its way. The whole thing was confusing and lacked transparency, leaving me annoyed and let down. I just hope the refund comes through like they said.
