Prada Paradoxe perfume purchase
I bought a 50ml bottle of Prada Paradoxe perfume from this store not long ago. I was attracted to the deal of getting a free gift, a 10ml bottle of the same perfume, which was meant to be included in my order. But when my package turned up, I only got the 50ml bottle and the free gift was missing. It was really disheartening because it felt like they were not being truthful in their advertising.
Perfume selection
Oh, I was just blown away by the amazing variety of perfumes in that store! They had everything from floral and fruity to woody and spicy scents. I couldn't believe how many options there were. In the end, I picked out a couple of new perfumes to add to my collection. The staff were really helpful too, they pointed me in the right direction based on what I like. It was such a great shopping trip overall!
Perfume for wife's b'day
I popped into the perfume shop in Walsall and got some help from a lovely lady named Veena. She helped me choose the ideal perfume for my wife's birthday. Veena was really helpful and knew everything about the different scents. I was so pleased with her service and I'll definitely be returning. Big thanks to Veena!
Fragrance purchase
I popped into The Perfume Shop the other day and I must say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The guy who helped me out knew his stuff inside out and was really patient in helping me pick out the best fragrance. He gave me loads of helpful info about all the different scents and their notes. I'm grateful for his attention to detail and his willingness to make sure I got the right one. Thanks to his top-notch service, my shopping trip was a real pleasure.
Summer fragrance
The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing! Isabella and Paige in Plymouth were fantastic. Isabella was so friendly and her smile never left her face. She really made me feel valued as a customer. And Paige, wow, she was a true expert when it came to perfumes. She knew everything about each fragrance and helped me choose the perfect one. It felt like I was in a high-end boutique! Paige was patient and so kind throughout the whole process. Thanks to her, I found the ideal summer scent. She's a boss woman, for sure!
YSL Elle Perfume
Item was advertised as being in stock but it wasn't. It took until 8.40pm to let me know. Had to order it from somewhere else, meaning that it won't arrive in time for the birthday it was intended for.
This was the first order I had placed with them, and they let me down. I will now seriously think twice before ordering anything from them again, as I can't depend on them or that they'll have what I want in stock, despite their website stating that it is.£350
My Nightmare Experience
I didn’t want to have to write this but I wanted to warn others of the problems I have had..
Ordered some after shave and perfume on the first day of September, a few hours later I realised I had made a mistake as the same items could be bought in lots of other places much cheaper.
I tried to cancel the order but was unable to, The website said I had to wait for delivery and then return which seems crazy so soon after i had placed the order.
The items arrived a few days later and I immediately started the return process, I followed all the instructions downloaded the postage label and sent the parcel.
After almost 2 weeks I had still heard nothing regarding the return so I went on the yodel website and checked the tracking No. The tracking showed the parcel was stuck in a depot.
So I called the couriers who told me they would do a search for my parcel, I then called the perfume shop, and have continued to call them for most of the week only to keep being told my case would be escalated. I eventually had an email reply from the Customer Experience Development Manager who asked me a few questions then heard nothing again until yesterday almost two weeks from when I first contacted them.
The email simply said they had a photo of a parcel which was not a perfume shop return and was also addressed to a different company. They also said they would not help any further.
I was furious I checked the tracking again and still said the same, I contacted yodel and was told my parcel had arrived damaged and I needed to contact the perfume shop. I tried to explain the situation and they just said I had to deal with the perfume shop.
So again I phoned perfume shop customer service and I was again told it would be escalated, I also asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but apparently that isn’t possible.
I have once again emailed this time asking for a copy of the photo they are claiming to have and again they have not replied.
How can you call me a liar then refuse to speak to me, You have over £300 of mine and all the items i originally bought from you.
I would like to see proof of what you are claiming, as I can’t even understand what you mean..
If I had been able to cancel the order in the first place I would not be in this situation
My best advice to everyone else is do not use the perfume shop and it’s a shame I can’t give them 0 stars.Perfume
I ordered on line then picked up in store because of the excellent service I received from meisha at the Birmingham bullring store I ended up buying more stuff excellent customer service
What purchase? It never arrived!
Horrible buying experience. I bought and paid in advance - including the next day delivery fee - a perfume on the 28th of July and almost a week later my order is still being processed, according to the website. I have on several occasions tried to solve this issue by exchanging emails with the - inexistent - customer support only to get vague, unsatisfying answers which have yet failed to provide an agreeable solution. I will strongly advise all my friends, relatives and co-workers from buying from them either online or at any of their stores given half a chance.
Dior Sauvage Perfume
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I was waiting for my order for more than 12 days, wasn't updated on where my order is and at the end I was offered points or discount on my next order?!?!? Why would they think that I'll order from them again? Very disappointing....

i am collecting a different kind of perfumes from a very long time. it's my one of the favorite hobby. my friend told me about this company, I brought one perfume and that was so so good, I totally loved it. I recently ordered another kind of bottles as well. not only floor females but they also have a wide range for the male. shapes, sizes, fragrances, designers there are so many options that you can get!
