    I recently bought dog food from this company and at first, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews. But I have to say, I was really impressed with the great communication I got from their customer service team.
    When I put in my order, I saw a few negative comments and so I decided to send an email to the company with my concerns about whether my order would arrive. To my surprise, I quickly got a reply apologising for any possible delays, even though I had only placed the order on a Friday, spent the weekend reading reviews, and then emailed on Monday.
    Despite a small delay, the dog food turned up within a week of my order, which was fine with me. In the end, I thought the price was fair and the customer service team's communication was top-notch.

    I own a dog, she is seriously cute but i was new so i dont know how to take care of her. Actually, my dad gifted me for god knows what reason. Anyway, enough with back story !
    My neighbor told me about time for paws. I must say i am taken aback with the quality they serve. i mostly bought my dog stuff from here , and i trust their stuffs blindly. so yes, do it and try it

    Absolutely shocking customer service no updates on delivery my order was ordwred on the 27th november 2020 and was supposed to be here by the 2nd december 2020but this is now the 5th of december and nothing at all you cannit contact them to speak to someone thry give u an email to send to tgem if theres a problem on their pafe ive done thst since the 2nd december nothing apart from an automated email which tells u basically nothing again

    Similar experience here, been waiting 10days for my dog food, have had to get some elsewhere now, no response to emails.

    Been waitin ten days, they are saying the order has been lost, will never use them again.....cant phone them, they certainly have no customer services

    This company does not respond to emails, ... service.

    Missing dog food delivery

    The service I received was absolutely terrible. I placed my order 15 days ago and my items still haven't been sent out! When I spoke to Yodel, they told me they haven't even received the parcel, even though Time For Paws said it had been delivered. I'm now short of a substantial amount of dog food and have asked for a refund. I won't be shopping with them again after this level of incompetence. It's just not acceptable.

    It took them ages to reply to my emails and calls, it was so irritating. I ordered some dog food and it took forever to arrive. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund, which was really frustrating. They don't even have a proper phone number, I had to search for it on Google and it was just multiple companies on the answerphone. I would suggest avoiding them, I found a great company that delivered my order promptly and kept me informed throughout. Trust me, just go somewhere else.

    I ordered some pet food and accessories from this place, and it has been an absolute nightmare! The only positive thing is that it was cheaper than other places, but that's the only good thing. I haven't heard anything back from them yet, and I'm still waiting for an update on the delivery. Yodel is saying it's still with them, but they keep insisting it's on the way. I now need to go out and buy some food because I have no clue when it's going to arrive. I demand a refund immediately, but I can't seem to get hold of anyone to sort this out.     Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend using this company. I had to file a dispute through PayPal because they didn't send my dog food until I did. Finally, they shipped it out because I was supposed to get a refund. The package is currently on its way. I'm hoping I receive the right order, but if not, I'll definitely be asking for my money back! There's definitely something suspicious about this company. Avoid buying from them unless you want to risk losing your money.

    I got some dog food, treats, and toys from them and was so looking forward to getting my parcel. But can you believe it? It never showed up! They sent me an email saying it was sent out and even gave me a tracking number, but when I checked with the courier, they had no record of it. I waited for a whole 10 days and heard nothing. I tried emailing them, but they were so slow to respond. In the end, I had to open a dispute with PayPal for a refund, and only then did they send me a sorry email. What a disappointment! They used to be good, but looks like they're in serious trouble now. Save yourself the hassle - don't bother ordering from them!

    I bought some dog treats and a new toy for my puppy about a week ago. I was really looking forward to getting them, but it's been a whole week now and my order still hasn't arrived. Despite having a tracking number, it seems like my items have just vanished. I've attempted to reach out to them via email, but they haven't responded at all. I must say, I'm quite let down by this experience. Looks like I won't be shopping from there again!
