    just got this awesome product, first I must admire their website, so presenting!
    The tomtom fitness tracker is one of my favorite gadget, it is like a personal checkup doctor with you, telling what is going on in your body, tracking health status, how much you walk, run, or rests, swim etc. It tells all statistics , BP, sugar, heart rate
    I am now more conscious about body like in real
    It gives me notification what to do , when, for getting the meals, for losing weight.
    I just recommending every person I met .. two of my friends have alrady bought. I just going to buy tomtom fitness watch!!

    This GPS gadget is brilliant when it comes to how well it works and how accurate it is, but updating it feels like a total nightmare! Every time I have a go at connecting it to my computer, it just freezes up, can't seem to link with the system, and ends up taking hours to finish a simple map update, even though my internet is super speedy. It's so annoying and really eats up a lot of time, which kind of ruins what was otherwise a good experience with the device.

    Quick fix for download issue

    The advice to 'disconnect the USB and reconnect' didn't work for me when I had a download problem with my device. What helped was just turning off the device and then turning it back on. That fixed the download issue and now my device is updating with no problems. It looks like switching off the device rebooted it and solved the problem.

    I recently bought a satnav and wanted to ask about the updates for traffic and speed cameras. Sadly, my experience with customer service wasn't great. I tried to talk to them through the chat bot, but after nearly an hour of waiting, I was told to speak to an agent. Even though I waited on hold for almost half an hour, I was told there were only two people in front of me, but the line never seemed to move. It was really annoying, especially because I just wanted to understand why the subscription had changed to yearly instead of monthly or quarterly. Since I don't use the satnav every day, I found this change inconvenient, especially since I had bought the device originally for the speed cameras.

    What a nightmare! I bought this top-notch GPS device from this company but it seems lost in the post or TomTom just couldn't care less about us customers. Their customer service chat bot is a total joke, and now I've got the hassle of cancelling the order on my credit card. Such a waste of time and money!

    8" screen Motorhome sat nav purchase

    I recently bought an 8" screen Motorhome sat nav from this company. I had some trouble with the mounting kit as it broke after the guarantee had ended. The unit itself doesn't have any clear identification, which made it hard to find the right replacement parts. I tried getting a new mounting kit, but it didn't fit because it was meant for a 7" screen max. I looked for spare parts for the 8" sat nav on the website, but the search function was no good and frustrating. Also, I couldn't find any useful UK Tomtom help contacts to help me out. In general, my experience with the product and customer service was disappointing and has made me think twice about buying from this company again in the future.

    GPS Tracker

    The GPS tracker I bought turned out to be a waste of money, to be honest. When I tried to use the link they gave me to track my order, it just took me to the Google homepage which made no sense at all. And don't even get me started on that customer service chat bot - it was so useless! Kept telling me to log in over and over again, even though I was already logged in. I couldn't even find an option to talk to a real person for help. The whole thing was just really frustrating and honestly, quite disappointing.

    I recently bought an update for my software from the website and ran into a big problem while trying to download it. As soon as I started the download, I got an error message that said "rendering engine failure." I was really annoyed by this technical issue, so I tried to get help through their Bot system. Unfortunately, the Bot didn't understand what the problem was. When I attempted to speak to a real customer service representative, I was sent to a page with no way to contact anyone. It's disappointing to see that, as a customer, there was no live support available to help me effectively. Because of this, I am thinking about switching to a different system that offers better customer service for its users.

    Faulty item purchase

    So, yeah, I bought this thing and it was completely broken, yeah? I reached out to them for help, but they just kept saying they were working on it, yet it never actually got fixed. I had to go and make a complaint on another website just to get them to listen to me. And then, even after that, they were just like "oh, sorry, we can't help you any longer, please report it again." It's so frustrating, isn't it?

    It looks like TomTom is either scared to admit their mistakes or they simply don't give a toss. I reckon if they're going to rely on bots for help, they ought to make sure those bots actually do the job right. And if a bot is clearly floundering, it should have the sense to hand things over to a human. It's proper annoying when you can't even have a chat with a live person for support. Other companies manage to give out email or phone contact info without any bother, so why can't TomTom do the same?

    Satnav order, delayed delivery, refund request

    I recently ordered a Satnav from this company, and it has been quite disappointing, to be honest. Even after waiting patiently for 2 weeks, the item never showed up. I tried contacting their customer service several times through their Chatbot, but the responses were all over the place and not very helpful. It's quite frustrating not to get clear and prompt communication from a company I trusted with my purchase.

    Finally, when they let me know that the Satnav was out of stock, I decided to ask for a refund. But then I was surprised to find out that it could take as long as 6 weeks to actually get my money back. It's worrying how they were so quick to take my money, but now the whole refund process seems to be needlessly complex and slow.

    All in all, I have to say this has been a pretty disappointing shopping experience. I really hope they sort out these issues for other customers in the future.

    New TomTom handheld GPS

    So, I got this new GPS device because it seemed really cool. They promised it would arrive at my house in 5 days, but it ended up taking over 2 weeks! And when it finally got here, I couldn't even pair it with my phone via Bluetooth. And the whole Wi-Fi situation was a nightmare - I had to approve the connection every time I turned it on, so frustrating. Eventually, I ended up returning it for a refund, but that process took forever too. What a waste of my time and money!

    Speed camera update

    I bought a speed camera update from the company recently. I'm happy with the product itself, but I had a disappointing time dealing with their customer service. After buying and paying for the update, I never got it like they said I would. When I tried to get in touch with them, their customer service was only available through chat, which didn't help solve my problem. Not having a phone number to call made it even harder to sort things out quickly. In the end, I felt annoyed and let down by the whole customer service experience.

    Truck Sat Nav with 7-inch screen

    I bought a Truck Sat Nav from your company with a 7-inch screen, but I was really disappointed with it. I tried so hard to connect it to my phone using Bluetooth, but I just couldn't get it to work. When I tried to contact customer service for help, I couldn't find a working phone number. The automated help guide was no help at all. On top of that, the maps kept freezing, so the device was basically useless.
