    Swimrun shoes purchased

    Recently, I bought a pair of swimrun shoes from TradeInn, hoping to add to my gear for outdoor adventures. Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit right, so I needed to exchange them for a different size. When I checked their returns policy, I was bummed to see that I'd have to shell out over £23 for postage just for the exchange. That's a good chunk of extra money I wasn't prepared for, especially since it wasn't my fault the shoes didn't fit - it was their sizing issue. When I got in touch with TradeInn about it, their response was uncaring and not helpful at all, which just made me more fed up. Overall, I was let down by the whole thing and will definitely think twice before buying from TradeInn again.

    Laptop purchase

    I bought a laptop from this company not long ago and it was a nightmare. I needed to change the delivery address but they couldn't do it. So, my package ended up at my old address where I don't live anymore, and the landlady won't give it back. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare too, because all I got was an automated chatbot on WhatsApp that didn't help at all in sorting out the problem.

    Refunded MTB shoes

    I recently sent back a pair of MTB shoes for a refund and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. Not only did I have to pay for the return postage myself, but the whole process was a disaster. The shoes were too narrow, and when they were returned to me, I was really surprised. I tried emailing their customer service team but got no response, which was very annoying. I even tried calling their office in Spain, but no one answered. The customer service was so bad, I'll be telling all my friends to avoid buying anything from them in the future.

    Shoes Purchase

    I was quite unsure after seeing some bad reviews about this website, but I thought I'd give it a go and ordered three pairs of shoes. They came all the way from Spain to the UK, and although they arrived without any problems, I had to send them all back because they didn't fit right. The tracking details weren't very detailed, so I did get a bit worried about where my shoes were. But after a few weeks, they finally processed my returns and I got my money back. I'd say the service was a bit slow but fair in the end.

    Fancy shoes

    My shoes got sent back because of some pesky customs charges. The company was well aware that the package was in Spain, but they were unwilling to foot the bill, even though I offered to pay. Now my beloved shoes are stuck in customs for what feels like an eternity before they reach me. Such a selfish move by the company! Only go ahead with an order if you're absolutely sure and have worked out those pesky customs charges in advance.

    Boxing gear

    The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. It's been over a month now and still no one has contacted me to apologise or give me my money back. Most unprofessional useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

    Efficient delivery from Spain to Czech Republic

    The ordering process went really smoothly, it was simple and easy to do. The item arrived within a week, all the way from Spain to the Czech Republic. It came on time and in perfect condition. The price was fair and overall it was a really good experience.

    My order never arrived

    I placed an order and paid for it on the 10th of April, but I still haven't received it. It's so annoying that I can't talk to a real person, the chat only has a robot and the emails just keep sending me the same standard Spanish and English replies. Be careful, these guys seem like a bunch of scammers!

    Dumb delivery issues

    Oh my goodness, I ordered something online and it was a disaster! The delivery people sent it back to the sender and now it feels like it has been ages and no one is giving me any information about it. I have sent numerous emails, but no one is offering any assistance. It's frustrating that I can't speak with a real person, only receiving automated responses in both Spanish and English. I have paid for the item, but it still hasn't arrived - what a complete joke. The service is terrible, I would rate it 0 out of 10, it's really disappointing!

    I placed an order in May '20 - as of writing this negative review (which I rarely do) I have still not received the goods I ordered and paid for. The goods never left the dispatch location and after a long time chasing I eventually signed a declaration stating that I hadn't received the goods. Still no refund and no response to communications. I really don't know if this is poor customer service, theft or pure incompetence.
    All I can say is that for me this company has taken my money and not provided the goods. Make up your own mind.
    I have tried the ODR process to enter into dialigoue (which is a waste of time because they need to want to enter the process for it to work) and I have started the Eurpoean Small Claims Process only to find that this will stop from 1st Jan 21 for obvious reasons.
    I would seriously consider all the reviews you can find about this company and check your making the right decision before purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, they are highly unlikey to respond and correct as per their contractual obligations.
