Recent purchase - "In Stock" discrepancy
My recent experience with TradeInn was mostly good, but I did come across a bit of a problem with their stock availability. A couple of times, I ordered things that said they were "in stock" on the website, only to find out later that they were actually out of stock. This caused some delays in the rest of my order as I had to wait for the out-of-stock items to come in. It would be helpful for TradeInn to sort out their stock system to stop these mix-ups in the future.
Apart from that hiccup, I have to say that TradeInn's customer service is really impressive. Whenever I had issues or questions, their team was really helpful and knew their stuff, sorting out any problems quickly. The prices at TradeInn are also competitive, which makes it a good choice for getting outdoor gear and equipment.
Rating for 'Ordering' - 4 (Good rating)Pinlock visor insert
I decided to order a Pinlock visor insert from TradeInn because I couldn't find it from any suppliers in the UK. Even though it took a bit longer to arrive due to Brexit rules, TradeInn made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my order. The insert arrived in good packaging and within the expected delivery time. I will definitely consider using TradeInn again in the future.
Fancy shoes
My shoes got sent back because of some pesky customs charges. The company was well aware that the package was in Spain, but they were unwilling to foot the bill, even though I offered to pay. Now my beloved shoes are stuck in customs for what feels like an eternity before they reach me. Such a selfish move by the company! Only go ahead with an order if you're absolutely sure and have worked out those pesky customs charges in advance.
Fast delivery of a product as described
I received my order quite quickly, the packaging was done neatly, and the product was just as described. On the whole, my experience on this website was satisfactory.
Boxing gear
The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Parcel failed to arrive, I had to contact them. It was Virtually Impossible to speak to someone. It was all bots that never answered my questions. When I did talk to a human I was always told my parcel will arrive shortly. Any idiot would of worked out after a month the parcel weren't coming but again I had to do all the chasing to make them realise my items are lost. They kept telling me the same thing, it's being investigated over and over. There was no timescale of when they were gonna declare the parcel lost or when I would be reimbursed. It's been over a month now and still no one has contacted me to apologise or give me my money back. Most unprofessional useless company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Efficient delivery from Spain to Czech Republic
The ordering process went really smoothly, it was simple and easy to do. The item arrived within a week, all the way from Spain to the Czech Republic. It came on time and in perfect condition. The price was fair and overall it was a really good experience.
Fast delivery, mixed-language instructions
I recently bought something from TradeInn and was really pleased with how quickly it arrived. Buying it was easy and simple, but I was a bit shocked when I opened the box and saw that the instructions were in Spanish. Being an English speaker, this was a bit of a hassle, but thankfully I managed to find English instructions on the internet so it wasn't a big deal.
My order never arrived
I placed an order and paid for it on the 10th of April, but I still haven't received it. It's so annoying that I can't talk to a real person, the chat only has a robot and the emails just keep sending me the same standard Spanish and English replies. Be careful, these guys seem like a bunch of scammers!
Dumb delivery issues
Oh my goodness, I ordered something online and it was a disaster! The delivery people sent it back to the sender and now it feels like it has been ages and no one is giving me any information about it. I have sent numerous emails, but no one is offering any assistance. It's frustrating that I can't speak with a real person, only receiving automated responses in both Spanish and English. I have paid for the item, but it still hasn't arrived - what a complete joke. The service is terrible, I would rate it 0 out of 10, it's really disappointing!
Columbia Walking Shoes
I placed an order in May '20 - as of writing this negative review (which I rarely do) I have still not received the goods I ordered and paid for. The goods never left the dispatch location and after a long time chasing I eventually signed a declaration stating that I hadn't received the goods. Still no refund and no response to communications. I really don't know if this is poor customer service, theft or pure incompetence.
All I can say is that for me this company has taken my money and not provided the goods. Make up your own mind.
I have tried the ODR process to enter into dialigoue (which is a waste of time because they need to want to enter the process for it to work) and I have started the Eurpoean Small Claims Process only to find that this will stop from 1st Jan 21 for obvious reasons.
I would seriously consider all the reviews you can find about this company and check your making the right decision before purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, they are highly unlikey to respond and correct as per their contractual obligations.
