    A good shopping experience with Uniqlo

    I bought several hoodies, jackets, parkas, vests, ultra-light down outerwear, knitted jumpers, cardigans, sweatshirts, hoodies, dresses, jumpsuits, and shirts from Uniqlo. This was because of the good reviews I always get from my customers whenever they buy any clothing from my shop. They even send me pictures and videos testimonials to show how much happy they are to have bought things from me. I give so many thanks to Uniqlo.     Oh my gosh, you guys, I recently got this new jumper from an online store and it was absolutely fantastic. The delivery arrived really fast and the jumper was unbelievably comfortable.     Oh my gosh, I absolutely love the clothes from this shop! They are really trendy and seem to last forever. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how stylish they are?!     Cashmere jumpers and cardigans

    I'm absolutely thrilled with the cashmere jumpers and cardigans I bought. They're just wonderful - they stay in shape after washing, keep me nice and toasty, and don't get those annoying pills. The price is great for the quality, and they really go the distance. It's a shame they've stopped selling the cardigans, they were my absolute fave.

    I went and got this really cool shirt from the shop, but you wouldn't believe it - there was a hole in it! So I've been trying to get it sorted out, but honestly, it's been a complete nightmare. I sent them some pictures like they asked, but now they keep asking for more and more. I mean, I already put the shirt back in the packet like they said, so why on earth do they need more pics? It's just so frustrating! Now I have to go through the normal sending process because the support team is completely useless. It just doesn't seem right that I have to deal with all this just because they sent me a faulty item. No way I'm buying from them again, it's just too much drama!

    To be honest, I had a real nightmare of an experience. They sent my order to the wrong address, so I missed out on the free shipping. The customer service chat made all these promises but didn't follow through, so I was left feeling really annoyed and let down. I'll definitely steer clear of this brand in the future!

    I got this awesome cardigan and a really cute bag from this store about 6 months ago. They still look as good as new! The quality is way better than I expected, the material is really nice.     Unfortunately, I wasn't too pleased with the customer service from this company. I contacted them about a labeling problem I spotted in one of their products at my local store. Even though they acknowledged my message initially, they didn't take any action until a week later when I got a standard "how was your experience" email. It was disappointing and annoying that it seemed like nobody was really listening to my feedback. It was disheartening to feel like they weren't taking my concerns seriously, making me wonder how much they really care about their customers.

    I wanted to talk about a problem I had with returning some things I bought from this shop. I took back 6 items but I only got a refund for 2 of them, so I'm now £70 short. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd look into it within 3 days, but I haven't heard anything back or got my money back. It's really frustrating that they're not being clear about what's going on and taking so long to sort it out.

    Purchased chinos in incorrect size

    I recently bought something from this shop for the first time, and it didn't go well. I wanted to get a pair of chinos, but they didn't have my size in the store, so I ordered them online.     T-shirts purchase

    I bought some T-shirts online not long ago, and I had a pretty bad time with the delivery service. The company that delivered my package was Yodel, and they tried three times to drop it off but didn't manage to, even though I was home each time. They forgot to ring the doorbell or knock, didn't leave any notes, and didn't leave the package in a safe spot or with a neighbour. Now, I've got to trek all the way to the distribution centre to pick it up. It's been really annoying and inconvenient, to be honest.

    I recently bought some basic clothes from the store, and to be honest, I wasn't thrilled with my experience. I did everything I was told to do in terms of taking care of the linen t-shirts, but they shrank in the wash, which was really annoying. On top of that, I was shocked to discover that I had to cover the cost of returning the items myself, and had trouble with an email address that didn't seem to exist. The customer service was okay, I suppose, but all these problems have put me off the brand altogether.

    I bought some things from this company online and now it seems like they've vanished because of the rubbish courier they hired. The courier said they delivered my package and got a signature, but it definitely wasn't me who signed for it. I've tried to get in touch with them but all I get are automated messages that don't help at all. Uniqlo, the company I bought from, hasn't been very quick about fixing the problem, so I'm stuck without my stuff or a proper answer. I'm fed up with the lack of responsibility and the fact that I didn't get the service I paid for.

    Misleading In-Store Pick-Up Option

    I was really looking forward to picking up my order in-store after ordering online, but it didn't quite go as planned. The website led me to believe that everything was in stock at my chosen store, so I thought it would be super simple and fast. Turns out, that wasn't the case at all. I got a message saying that my items would actually have to be shipped. I was so annoyed, especially because I needed them urgently before my upcoming trip. I tried to cancel the order on the website, but there wasn't an option for that. I ended up having to contact the online chat team for help, and although they were friendly, they couldn't assist me with cancelling the order. It's surprising that such a well-known brand could have such issues with their online ordering system.

    3 shirts reservation issue

    I recently had a really annoying time with the reservation system when I was trying to buy 3 shirts from the store. Even though I didn't actually go through with the order because the delivery options were no good, the company still took money from me. And when I got in touch with customer service, they couldn't even find any record of my order, which just made things even more confusing and annoying. It's pretty disappointing to see such big mistakes in both the online system and customer service, especially when the shirts themselves are actually really good quality.
