    Large amount spent, wrong size

    I bought some clothes and they turned out to be too small, so I ordered a bigger size immediately. I waited calmly for the new clothes to arrive, but when they finally did, I had already decided that I didn't want them anymore. I rang up the shop to inquire about returning the items, but they informed me that it was one day past the 14-day return period and I was unable to return them. It was my initial experience shopping from there and I had spent quite a bit of money, so I felt really let down that they couldn't be more considerate and accommodating.

    I popped into the shop on Oxford Street at number 73-79 the other day, and I must say I was really pleased with the amazing service I got. Yaucika and Jason, the staff there, were so helpful and friendly while I was browsing. They really listened to what I needed and gave me great advice on what to choose. The price of the item I bought was fair, and I left feeling happy with my purchase. All in all, my shopping trip was made so much easier and more enjoyable thanks to the fantastic service from Yaucika and Jason. Big thanks to them for their help! 😉

    Linen, cotton, silk, leather

    Recently, I popped into a store in the heart of the city, and it was such a delight. The range of fabrics they had like linen, cotton, silk, and leather was really impressive. The whole store was a treat for the senses, with lovely smells and beautiful colours all around. The staff were so friendly and helpful, from the security at the entrance to the sales assistants inside. I had a great time looking around the store, and I couldn't resist buying some bold, colourful pieces that I completely adore. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping trip.

    Nice denim jackets from United Colors of Benetton

    I so much love this brand. It's their cute styles for me. I bought a denim jacket from the online store and all I can say is that this is amazing. They have so many creative piece that I would love to buy. The denim jackets I bought are really thick. Not only that, I can attest that the dye do not wash off. I just washed my denim jacket a few minutes ago (I soaked it for a while) and I didn't see any dye come off. The water was still clear. I am not surprised. It's always quality wears that United Colors of Benetton produce.

    Online shopping experience

    My experience of shopping with this company online was a real letdown. I couldn't believe how bad their returns process is - definitely one of the worst I've come across. It seemed dodgy, like they purposely set it up to make it tricky for customers to send things back. Basically, it's so tough that it's almost impossible to return anything, and that's just not on for a modern clothing brand. I felt really annoyed and disappointed that they weren't more upfront and helpful with their customer service in this area. I won't be giving them any more of my business, and I'd definitely advise others to think twice before doing so. Benetton seriously needs to sort out and upgrade their returns system to make it more user-friendly and reliable.

    Overpriced clothing

    This company seriously needs to up its game when it comes to customer service. I tried to return something as per their instructions, but my parcel got sent back because I forgot to put in the invoice. Even though I gave the courier a copy of the tracking label, the company wouldn't accept my request to send it back again and they didn't bother replying to my emails asking for help. It's just not on, really appalling behaviour.

    I'm really annoyed with the return system at this shop! It was such a nightmare trying to return my trousers, and they wouldn't let me because the courier messed up the first return. That's so unfair and against the law! They shouldn't prevent customers from returning products, it's just not on!

    I had such a disappointing time trying to return things to this shop. Their returns policy was so confusing, it made it really tricky for me to send back my stuff.     Cozy sweater and scarf

    I really wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store. Their customer service is really terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. When my delivery didn't arrive, they were very quick to blame me instead of owning up to their chosen delivery service making a mistake. The way their customer service team handled the situation was really unprofessional and disappointing. This whole experience has put me off supporting this company in the future.

    I bought something online from this shop not long ago. The thing I got was good, but I wasn't happy with the customer service I got. I've always liked this brand and their stuff is usually great. But when I had a problem with my order, the people I spoke to from customer service were not helpful, rude, and didn't seem bothered about sorting out my issue. Their bad attitude and lack of caring about making me happy kind of ruined my good thoughts about the stuff I bought.

    Overpriced jumper

    I'm really surprised that this company is still operating. Their customer service was absolutely dreadful, and the Italian reps were not helpful and quite rude. The jumper I bought was way too small, not following the usual European sizes, and when I wanted to return it, they wouldn't accept it. I even tried reaching out to the UK offices and the head office, but the problem was just acknowledged and not fixed. It's a total scam, and I strongly recommend avoiding shopping with them.

    Coats for Christmas

    I bought two coats from this shop back in November, just to be safe with the sizing. When they finally turned up, I figured out I only wanted to keep one and send the other back. But, would you believe it? There was no easy way to do a return! The website just kept saying my order was still processing for ages, and customer service didn't help at all. I even attempted to get in touch with DHL, but got lost in their automated phone system. Now it's too late to return the unwanted coat, all thanks to their incompetence. I won't be shopping at that place again!
