    I recently ordered a quilt and was pleasantly surprised to receive the shipping notification promptly on Monday morning after ordering over the weekend. I found the tracking system to be efficient, although I had to use Google Translate as my German language skills are a bit rusty from my school days. The quilt arrived by Thursday, which was much quicker than I had anticipated, especially with the current Brexit-related disruptions. Fortunately, I didn't have to pay any additional duty fees, but I know this can vary depending on the total amount ordered. The quilt itself is stunning and definitely worth the price. The only downside was that the linen bed sets I wanted were out of stock at the time. Despite this, I will definitely be a repeat customer of this company in the future.

    I bought some fancy towels from this company and boy, was I let down by how long it took for them to arrive. They said it would take 3 weeks, but I ended up waiting nearly 3 whole months! It was so annoying because they didn't even bother to keep me updated on the delay – I had to chase them up multiple times just to find out what was going on. When the towels finally turned up, they were nice and all, but honestly, the whole thing left me feeling pretty disappointed. I wish I'd bought them from somewhere else.

    Bedspread order issue

    I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered a bedspread on the 9th of October, but it never arrived. The tracking showed it was held up at UK customs and never made it to me. When I spoke to customer service, they weren't very helpful and just said to wait and see if it comes back before they give me a refund. It's frustrating to be stuck in this situation with no clear solution in sight.

    Definitely steer clear of this company. I ordered something thinking it would come in 10-14 days like they said, but all I got was excuse after excuse for an 8-week delay. When I told them to deliver it by a certain date, they just cancelled my order instead.

    Rug order

    I ordered a rug from this company not too long ago, but I've been really let down by the whole thing. They said the rug was in stock, but it hasn't been sent out yet and the delivery date has passed with no word from them. I've tried to get in touch through email, but haven't heard anything back, which has made me worried that it might be a scam. I've asked to cancel my order now, but still haven't heard back from them.

    I recently bought something online that I thought was from the UK, but turns out it was actually from Germany! Because of Brexit or whatever, I had to pay extra for it. Such a rip off! And when I tried to complain, all they did was direct me to their dull terms and conditions. How disappointing.

    Import taxes surprise

    I work in wholesale and deal with logistics for imports and exports, so I was shocked by the surprise import taxes and duties I had to fork out after ordering from a UK website. I get that there might be Brexit-related issues, but that's no reason for not clearly letting customers know about these extra costs at the checkout. It's really disappointing how opaque they've been about this. As a customer, I want to know upfront exactly what I'm paying for, not be hit with hefty import charges later on. Hiding this info in the small print isn't good enough; it should be right there at the checkout for UK customers on a UK site. Shelling out £95 for import fees and delivery on a £300 rug was not just a surprise, it was plain unreasonable.

    Rug order gone wrong

    I'm really frustrated with this place! I bought a rug and then found out I had to pay a large import tax that I wasn't prepared for. They assured me they would refund my money, but it's been ages and I still haven't received anything! On top of that, they sent me the wrong rug initially and wouldn't replace it with the correct one. So now I'm left without a rug and £60 down. It's been the worst experience! I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Poor quality goods

    I bought some stuff from this company and honestly, I was so let down by how rubbish everything was. I did everything they asked to return the items, but it was just so frustrating. The whole return thing was a nightmare because they didn't even collect the item from the post office, so it just ended up coming back to me. I tried to contact their customer service a bunch of times, but they were useless and never got back to me. Honestly, I've had such a terrible time with this company.

    I bought two small throws from this company recently and, to be honest, I wasn't impressed with my experience.     Long wait for rug

    I ordered a rug back in November and honestly, it feels like it's taking absolutely ages to arrive. Every time I ask about it, they just keep saying it's stuck in Germany but there's no mention of this on their website. It's getting really annoying now!
