I've been using this company's shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo, serum, and GRO+ advanced foam for a few months now, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the results. Not only have I noticed a lot less hair shedding since I started using the products, but my hair also feels much healthier and stronger. The dry shampoo smells lovely and doesn't leave any residue, which is a big bonus for me. I found the cancellation process really frustrating. I got an email saying my next shipment was on its way, so I phoned up customer service to cancel it. But they told me I couldn't, even though the order on my account showed "unfilled". They did say I could send the shipment back once I got it, but it would cost me $8. And when I asked for an email confirming the cancellation, they said they couldn't do that because of their system.
