Tea purchase for friend's birthday gift
I recently bought some Tea that's not easy to find in local shops here. I got it for a gift bag for my friend's birthday. But when I checked the tracking, I saw the delivery wasn't moving and it looked like it wouldn't make it in time. So, I contacted customer service by email to ask about my order. Thankfully, Danielle replied quickly, looked into the problem, and sorted it out efficiently. Because of Danielle's fast help, the Tea was sent straight away and got to my friend's birthday party on time. I'm really grateful for the great customer service from Danielle and the team at Vitalife Health. Even though there was a problem at first, I was impressed by how it was dealt with. Thank you, Danielle, for taking care of my order so well.
High-quality products
I was really pleased with the quality of the products I bought from this shop - they were exactly what I wanted. The only thing that let it down a bit was how long it took for my order to be prepared and sent out. But once it was on its way, the delivery was fast and smooth. The customer service team also replied to my emails quickly, which was great. Overall, I'm happy with what I bought and would definitely think about shopping here again.
False accusation
I was wrongly accused of being part of a scam by a company that sounds like Vitalife Health. But when I got in touch with Vitalife Health, they were really understanding and helpful. The dodgy company was actually called "Youvitalife," not Vitalife Health. I can't praise Vitalife Health enough for how professional and supportive they were in sorting out the mix-up. They've certainly won me over as a customer for life.
Address change, fast delivery
I had to change the delivery address last minute because of my mistake, but I was really impressed with how quickly it got sorted. And to top it off, my order actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. I'm really happy with the service and I'll definitely be telling others about it. First purchase experience
I've just bought something from this company for the first time and I had a bit of trouble with the delivery by the courier. But I have to say, I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me and sorted everything out by sending the order again without any delay.
Long life coconut milk purchase for baby
I recently bought some long life coconut milk for my baby, but I was really let down by the service. I ordered 3 cartons for over £10, and paid another £10 for delivery, so I could take them on holiday to Spain. But today, when I checked the tracking, I discovered that my order had been cancelled without telling me. I didn't receive an email or any kind of message about it, which put me in a bit of a tough spot because my baby has a lot of food allergies and this milk is the only one that works for him. This was my first time using this company and after this experience, I won't be using them again. It would have been nice to get a simple email letting me know about the cancellation, so I could have found some milk somewhere else.
Fast service, accurate description, good price
I had a really great experience with my recent purchases from this company. The service was super fast and efficient, and the products I got were exactly as described. The pricing was brilliant, giving me great value for my money. I've been a repeat customer, having used their services twice now, and both times have gone without any issues at all.
Weight loss program
The weight loss plan from Vitalife Health has totally changed the game for me. I've given loads of programmes a go before, but Vitalife is the first one that actually makes sense and I can actually keep up with. The reason it works so well is all down to Courtney, she seriously knows her stuff and is always there to help when you need it.
Supplements arrived on time
I'm a bit confused by all the complaints about this company's delivery service. Personally, I ordered some supplements and they arrived without any issues. Sometimes deliveries do get delayed, but that's usually not the company's fault. I reckon they really care about giving their customers the best service they can.
Awesome products
I really enjoy shopping here because they have such amazing items that make me feel fantastic. I mean, I'm not that old or anything, but I reckon even a 67-year-old would feel great using their products!
Order Tartex pates
I always get my Tartex pates from this place whenever I'm away, as they wrap them up really well, so they always turn up in perfect shape. Thanks a lot for looking after my beloved pates!
Health supplements
So, I ordered some health supplements, yeah? I was really looking forward to getting them and getting healthy and all that jazz. But you know what happened? They never showed up! I was really disappointed. I mean, who doesn't want to be healthy, right? So I got in touch with them and they were just like, "Oh, we never got your payment so we didn't send your order." But my bank statement clearly showed they took my money! So I had to provide proof and everything. It was so frustrating! But eventually, after leaving a negative review, they owned up to their mistake and refunded me. Ugh, it was such a pain!
Delayed delivery, rejected by customs, unhelpful service
My recent experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I bought something and it took them ages to send it out. When the package eventually arrived, it got rejected by customs because of a mistake made by the sender. I was already annoyed by the wait, and this just made things worse.
I had to keep bugging them for updates all the time via email. It was really difficult to get a response, and when they finally replied, it was like a week later. Their lack of communication just made me even more frustrated and disappointed.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund because of their error, they just said no. Their refusal to help and their stubbornness just made me even angrier. Overall, my experience with this company was just terrible.Late order delivery
I ordered something more than 10 days ago and it still hasn't been sent out. I've attempted to get in touch with them via email and Facebook messages, but haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating not having any idea where my package is, especially because the payment was processed straight away. I am quite let down by their service.
Green Tea
The prices seem alright, and the website is easy on the eyes, but that's about it for the good stuff. I decided to get some Green Tea, which apparently got shipped out to me, but it never actually made it to my door. I waited around for about 7 weeks and then decided to get in touch with the company. At first, they were quite quick to respond, but then suddenly, they went quiet on me. For the past 4 weeks, I've been trying to either get my money back or have the tea sent out again, but I've had no luck. So in simple terms, I made an order, nothing showed up, and now I'm being ignored. It's not the most pleasant experience, to be honest.
Cancelled order after 5 days
They cancelled my order after waiting for 5 days. I was really looking forward to receiving my stuff, but then they just hit me with a "nope, not gonna happen". Such a waste of time.
Order not moving, scam vibes
I placed an order 11 days ago and I've paid for it, but haven't received any updates or replies after sending several emails and messages. It really seems like a scam to me, so I'm going to contact my bank and complain.
Slow process, no items, obstructive refund
I ordered some things online and it was a bit of a nightmare. They took my money straight away, but then they took ages to prepare my order. And can you believe it? They actually had the cheek to tell me they didn't even have the items I wanted! When I requested a refund, they were being really dodgy and made it really hard for me. It's been nearly a month now and I still haven't received my refund. Such a disappointment!
Health supplements
I recently received my health supplements after a 5-week wait! It felt like forever, but I'm glad they finally arrived safely and in good condition. I was a bit frustrated with the shipping company though, they really need to improve their delivery times. Paying £19 for delivery and waiting that long seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me. However, the customer service team was helpful, they responded promptly whenever I had a query. If I had known it would take this long, I might've thought twice about ordering from them again.
