Spare part purchase
I bought a spare part from the company recently and it was mostly a good experience. The service was quick and the delivery came on time. However, there was a bit of a problem with the invoicing that left me a bit confused. When I used Paypal to pay for the item, I had to log in twice - once for the item itself and then a second time for the item and postage. This led to the bank showing one paid invoice and one pending invoice, which got me a bit mixed up. Even though I wasn't actually charged twice, I had to make quite a few phone calls to the company to clear things up.

I have to say, the knee support I bought from here was better than I expected. I had seen the ad a few times before deciding to try it out, and I'm really happy that I did.
