As someone who loves to treat myself to luxury items, I was really let down by my most recent purchase from this online store. The product came poorly packaged, which led to a squashed and broken cap. Even though I sent it back straight away, the company said the damage was my fault and only gave me some of my money back. This dodgy behaviour and bad customer service doesn't make the brand look good at all, so I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

I recently bought a fancy pair of shoes from Versace, but my experience with them was really disappointing. After only wearing them for a couple of hours, I noticed that the sole was already falling apart. When I tried to contact customer service about this problem, they didn't seem bothered and didn't really help me out. They even said I couldn't return the shoes because I had worn them, which I think is a terrible policy for such an expensive brand. Overall, I'm really let down by the poor quality of the shoes and the lack of help from customer service.

Overpriced cap

To make matters worse, I forked out a whopping 15 euros for delivery, just to send the cap back because it wasn't up to scratch. Even after sending it back, I never got my money back. The customer service was terrible, and the fact they didn't sort out the problem is completely unacceptable. I really advise people to steer clear of buying anything from that website.
