Breitling Superocean purchase
I recently bought a Breitling Superocean from Watchmaster, and I must say I was really pleased with how everything went. Even though I was a bit worried at first, the watch arrived quickly and was packaged well. I paid by bank transfer and got the watch with its box and papers the very next day. Breitling superocean 2 Abyss
I recently bought a Breitling Superocean 2 Abyss from Watchmaster. At first, I had some problems with the watch breaking, but the folks at Watchmaster dealt with it promptly and effectively. They were really great with their customer service the whole time, and even when I decided to go for a different watch because of the ongoing issues, they handled it really professionally. In the end, I got a full refund, even though I didn't end up with the watch I originally wanted.

Recent sale of luxury watch
I recently sold a luxury watch through this company. It did take a bit longer than I thought, but I wasn't in a rush to sell it anyway. The communication was great from the start to the end, especially with Jason who was really professional and helpful. Just so you know, for future sellers, there's a two-week cooling-off period before you get paid, in case the buyer changes their mind. All in all, it was a good experience, just remember to be patient.

I popped into one of your shops recently and had a look at a limited edition watch. The staff there were really nice and helpful, giving me great service while I was there. The watch I saw was just what I was after, and even with a little discount, the price was already pretty good. The watch turned up quickly and well wrapped, all polished up and looking good. I can't believe Watchmaster/CHRONEXT had the cheek to nick my watch because of some security mess-up in Germany. It's been a right nightmare trying to get my cash back from them for the past two years. I put my faith in them with my precious timepiece and they totally let me down. Their customer service is atrocious, their business practices are dodgy, and they take no responsibility for anything - best to steer clear of them at all costs.
Consignment delay update
I've been really frustrated with Watchmaster lately. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but I've just been met with silence and no one picking up the phone. My Rolex watch has been with them on consignment since September 2022, and the lack of communication is really worrying. A good company should always keep their customers informed, especially when it comes to valuable items like this. I did get a standard response with a reference number, saying someone would contact me, but I haven't heard anything since. I really need an update on what's going on with my watch, so I hope Watchmaster can get in touch with me soon.
