Brow product purchase
I've been looking for a good brow product for ages, and finally found one that actually works! It doesn't cost an arm and a leg either. It's really simple to use, just follow some tutorials, and you're good to go. The fact that it stays put all day is amazing, and gives a natural look if you apply it right. I absolutely love this brow product - definitely money well spent. I'd recommend it to anyone after a reliable brow product.

I bought this eyebrow product from a shop not long ago and at first, I really liked it. But as I kept using it, I realised that my eyebrows were starting to fall out, so now I've only got half a brow left. Even though I made sure to wash it off every evening, the product seemed to be stopping my eyebrows from growing properly. It's made me quite upset and annoyed. I'm not sure if I should carry on using it and I'd warn others to watch out for any possible side effects before they buy it.
Eyebrow product
I was really excited about this eyebrow product when I bought it. At first, it did a great job of filling in my thin eyebrows and making them look fuller. But over time, I realised that it was actually making my eyebrows even thinner. It was a bit of a letdown because I was counting on it to improve my brows. So, I stopped using it and went back to using a powder to fill them in when necessary. Now, I'm trying to go without makeup more often to help my natural brows recover.
Auburn brow gel, lipstick, and pencil
I absolutely adore the auburn brow gel, lipstick, and pencil that I bought. The colour is spot on and they all apply really smoothly. I don't get why some people have left negative reviews about this product, because my own experience has been great. I'm actually thinking about switching from my usual brand to this one in the future. Right now, I'm just keeping an eye out for any special deals that might pop up.
Repeat customer, satisfied with products
I'm a regular customer and I've bought stuff from this company a few times now. I've always been happy with what I've got. The delivery is quick and the products do the job well. Just one thing to mention - the brush that comes with the bottle isn't great, so I'd suggest getting a better one for applying it.
Eyebrow product
The item came on time, but I was let down by the quality. It was all sticky and hard to put on, so the final look was like having paint on my face. The ads were really misleading, showing one applicator but giving a different one in reality. I wouldn't advise using this product and think it's better to stick to eyebrow pencils for a quicker and cheaper option.
BROW PRODUCT PURCHASE
While I quite like the brow product, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the brush design. The brush doesn't go all the way into the container, so there's about 3cm of product that I can't reach. It's not great for getting value for money and just leads to more waste. The brand should definitely sort this out to make things better for us customers.
Thin eyebrows, disappointing product
I just wanted to give you a heads up that this product is really not worth it. I got it thinking it would help my sparse eyebrows, but it just made them practically vanish. I was gutted with how it turned out and felt like it was a total waste of money. I'd suggest steering clear of this one to save yourself the hassle and disappointment.
Still waiting
I'm really annoyed, the package didn't arrive at all! I've been waiting for ages for them to confirm that I can get a refund due to some silly issue with the delivery. The person I spoke with in customer service was really rude and it seems like no one cares that I've been out of pocket for two whole weeks!
Brow gel purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out this product because I had heard so many good things about it. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations at all. I decided to go for next day delivery, but it ended up taking several days for my order to arrive. When it finally did, I was shocked to see that the container was almost empty, even though it was supposed to be a full product. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but didn't get any response at all. It's frustrating to pay a premium price for something and not get what you were promised. I do actually like the product itself, but the lack of customer service and the incomplete product have left me feeling really let down.
Eyebrow gel
I decided to pick up this eyebrow gel because I wanted my brows to look on point. When I first tried to use it, I found it a bit tricky to figure out, but once I got the hang of it, my brows were looking great! Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the gel began to dry out in the tube and it became difficult to get any product out. In the end, I had to throw it away, which was disappointing because I really liked how it made my eyebrows look.

I was really let down by the brow product I bought recently. I was so excited to give it a go and hopefully find an easier way to do my eyebrows every day, but it was a disaster. I chose a brown/black shade, but when I put it on, the colour looked more grey/green than flattering. Not only that, but the texture made it seem like I'd put actual paint on my brows, making them look wrinkly and feel stuck down. I looked online for tips on how to make it work, but all I found were positive reviews which made me think this product is a total scam. On top of that, I contacted customer service for help, but they haven't got back to me yet. So now I'm left with an expensive product that has only let me down.
grey brow gel
I was really looking forward to giving this brow gel a go after watching all the great videos and reading the reviews, but I have to say I was really disappointed! The dark brown/black colour is more like a grey shade, which just doesn't suit my brows. It goes on really unevenly and makes my brows look messy and strange. I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone!
Delayed delivery
I placed an order with the hope of getting it within 3-5 working days. It's now the 5th day and my package still hasn't even started its journey to me. I'm quite disappointed because I was really looking forward to getting my purchase quickly. I got in touch with customer service but they couldn't give me any more details about where my package is.
Volume mascara
I bought this volume mascara thinking it would give me some extra volume, but it was a total waste of money. It barely did anything for my lashes. I've tried cheaper brands that worked much better. And to top it off, when I tried reaching out to customer service to express my disappointment, their email address was invalid.
