Laptop purchase
I was well chuffed that my new laptop arrived in just 4 days, what a result! The service was top-notch, and I was even pleasantly surprised to find a mouse and mousepad thrown in for free - a lovely added extra! Despite hearing some negative feedback about the shop, I personally had no issues with them at all. I don't understand why some folks are moaning about the service, as everything went smoothly for me. One suggestion I have is to offer the option of having the keyboard engraved with different language symbols, that would make it feel more personal. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service I received.

I want more settings and ways to customise my phone without all the extra bloatware and annoying updates. I'm not happy with the software and how it works with other devices. I'm planning to root my next phone so I can have a clean operating system without any extra stuff added.
Xiaomi phone, great but big problem for kids
Hey, so I bought this really cool phone, yeah? Everything was fine until I tried to set up Parental Controls. Turns out, there's this "extreme battery saver" that shuts down all my apps, even the one I need for parental control. How is that fair, seriously? I tried to find a solution but no joy. And on top of that, I couldn't even get in touch with the company for help. So annoying!
Long-time customer
After being a customer of the company for over six years, I've had enough. I've had a few models from them, and my partner has too, but the recent warranty process has put me off. The lack of support and unhelpful customer service has made me look at other brands that treat their loyal customers better. It's sad to see a company I used to like slip up when it comes to looking after their customers. Just a heads up, Xiaomi phones seem to start having problems after a year and a half - is it really worth the stress? 🤔
Xiaomi 14 with free MI6 tablet
I bought the Xiaomi 14 with the free MI6 tablet more than three weeks ago, but I still haven't got my order. I've tried contacting customer service several times by phone and email, but I haven't received helpful responses or a solution. It seems like my order has gone missing, and there's no quick fix to the problem. This whole situation has been very annoying, and I'd recommend avoiding this company to others.

I wouldn't get too caught up in all the excitement - the camera isn't quite as amazing as they make out. The battery's okay, nothing special though.
Redmi Note 13 Pro
I recently bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro from your company and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. The apps and system on the phone are terrible, making it really hard to add more languages - a big hassle for me as I use three different languages every day. The texting and writing on the phone is a nightmare, affecting my productivity and how I communicate with others. Also, when I transferred all my data from my old phone to the Redmi Note 13 Pro, it was all jumbled up in one messy pile, which just added to my frustration. All in all, the phone's quality and software didn't meet my expectations.
Purchased a smartphone and still waiting...
I ordered a smartphone from this company and I still haven't got it. They gave me a tracking number that never updates, so I don't know when it's coming. I've emailed customer service a few times but haven't had any useful responses. It's annoying to part with cash for something and then not get any updates or help when there are delays.

I bought a new smartphone from this company not long ago, and it's not working properly. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they were really unhelpful and didn't seem interested in sorting it out. It felt like they were just trying to dodge giving me a refund. I'm really let down by the whole situation.
Smart pen and tablet
I was really disappointed with the smart pen and tablet I bought. The sensitivity of the tablet was really bad, it kept picking up writing even when the pen wasn't touching the screen. The response from the support team wasn't great either, they said it was normal. It was an expensive lesson, and I won't be recommending Xiaomi products or services.
Gift exchange issue
I went to the store to try and swap a gift for a gift voucher, but they wouldn't let me because they said the box wasn't in the same condition as when it was sold. The staff at the Xiaomi store didn't even bother to listen to me, they just said no. I won't be going back there, I think online shopping is a better choice.
