Easy site navigation
I found the website really easy to use and locate what I was looking for. The items in my basket were refreshed when they went out of stock, but sometimes this happened only after I had already clicked on them. It would be great if there were instant updates for out of stock items as I scrolled through the site. The filters worked perfectly and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I liked getting messages about items being restocked when I was signed in. However, I thought it was a bit of a hassle to have to click on out of stock items to get an email notification, especially when I was going through a lot of different items.
Purchased dresses
I was really happy with the dresses I purchased, they were decent quality and exactly what I wanted. The delivery was super quick, which was great because I needed them for a special event. The sizing was spot on and they looked just like they did in the photos online. I thought the prices were fair considering the quality. I can't believe that Yours Clothing is one of the few companies that actually stocks my bra size! Got sent the wrong sizes
I ordered a size 16 and a size 18 but they sent me a size 18 and a size 20, which is totally not what I wanted. And you know what? I had to pay £2 to send back the wrong stuff, like seriously, who does that? Paying to return things is not cool at all, it's like they're punishing you for their mistake. Ugh, I'm not impressed at all.

Next day delivery
I had a pretty good experience with the company, to be fair, but there was one big problem that really annoyed me. I decided to go for next day delivery and shelled out an extra £5.99 for it. But, the delivery company they chose didn't manage to get my order to me the next day as they said they would. It ended up being delayed by three days. What's more, when the package eventually did turn up, the delivery person didn't even hang around to let me open the door and just left it outside.
Dress purchase disappointment
I recently bought a dress from this store to use as my wedding dress. When it arrived, I noticed straight away that the colour was totally different from what was shown in the listing. And to make things worse, when I took a closer look, I saw that all the sequins were coming off the dress. It's been a real letdown and now I'm in a bit of a panic trying to find a new wedding dress at the last minute.

I looked at the tracking on Monday, and it was still with the sender. It's really annoying to fork out for a service and then not get what you were promised, you know?
Latest fashion trousers
I really love the new fashion trousers that are out, but it's a shame they don't come in different leg lengths. Size discrepancies in clothing
I recently bought a pair of leggings from this shop, hoping they would fit my curves nicely and help me feel good about myself. But, let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The sizes on the labels were all the same, but in reality, they were completely different. The leggings were so thin that you could see my underwear through them, and they didn't do anything to flatter my figure. On top of that, the waistband was so tiny, it could barely fit around my thigh, never mind my waist. I felt really disappointed that they didn't take curvier girls into account when making these clothes.
