I ordered £302.03 worth of goods from Zest Beauty on 17th April only to then be told the products would be delayed for two weeks due to an issue with their stock. I couldn't wait and asked for a refund, was told the refund had gone on but to wait 14days. I had a gut feeling this was a scam as the particular product I wanted was unavailable everywhere else but they had it on their website. Back and forth with emails and eventually reported them to my credit card who are now looking into this for me. I looked these people up on Companies House and Zest Beauty Ltd was dissolved in January 2020. They may have started up again I don't know. I believe thought that their website is just a shop window and they actually have no goods to sell, but are taking our money so are committing fraud. Please report them to your bank/credit card company and keep all your emails, it will take time but you can get your money back. I am onto them and won't rest till I have had my money back and they are brought to justice. If anyone on here who has been scammed would like to contact me to see if we can bring a case against these scammers then please do!

I have been asking for my refund for the past one month I requested for my refund from 26 December 2022 since then I have not received my refund of 38 pounds and I don’t know why.
I have messaged, i have sent messages up messages on This refund and I’ve received messages. I’ve received a response from the customer care that my refund will be processed and I will receive my refund and yet today is 10 February more than one month, I haven’t received any refund. I don’t want to believe in any way that this is fraudulent because my order has been canceled for the past one months and no refund I’ve not received my money back. I don’t want to believe the zest. Beauty is a fraudulent company because I am livid with the lack of response and delay of the return my money, today is a Friday the end is the end week has ended and I don’t know what is going on please and please refund it by today. On 10 May 2022, I ordered and paid Zest Beauty for 2 tubes of Heliocare Ultra SPF90 Gel 50ml.
On 14 Jun 2022, upon my query on non-delivery, Zest Beauty replied that they DID NOT DISPATCHED THE GOODS AND WILL REFUND ME IN 2 WEEKS' TIME.
On 4 Jul 2022, I chased for the refund and was told that they needed more time as they have a small working team. This is clearly a lame excuse and is absolutely not acceptable. Till today (22 Jul 2022), Zest Beauty has not refunded me. Please be warned not to deal with such dishonest vendors and read all reviews before buying from vendors through internet.Olaplex

Don’t ever buy anything from this place! Here is the summary of my experience – which sounds a lot like all the others I see here now:
1) Ordered a product on 19.04.22
2) Reached out to customer service on 02.05.22 as it had still not been delivered (2 weeks)
3) Received a response on 04.05.22 that it would take another 2 weeks
4) Requested cancellation & refund of the order, as I couldn’t wait any longer and ordered it from somebody else
5) Several back and forth conversations later, it was finally confirmed to be cancelled and refunded on 06.05.22
6) It took several more emails and me saying I would reach out to Master Card to get my money back if they didn’t process the refund now, until today 10.06.22 I finally got my money back
7) Total duration of process: 2 months!
8) Emails sent: round about 10!

I placed an order with Zest on Jan 4th and was informed after 6 weeks that they could not deliver my order, I requested a refund and am still waiting. Initially, I got responses that they were looking into my refund with accounts, but my last two emails have been ignored.
Would not recommend ordering from this companyOrdered 2 bottles of Joico JoiLotion Sculpting Lotion in January 2021.
Never received the merchandise, NOR have I received my refund, though I asked for it several times! This company is a scam! I will never, ever order anything from them again!

On Nov 2, 2021, I ordered Elemis Eye product. My card was charged immediately. As of Dec 20, 2021, I am still waiting to be reimbursed as I cancelled the order in early December 2021. Order #1020313517

I ordered products worth £70 plus delivery in june . When products didn't come I ask them and they said it is out of stock, i ask for refund for remaining. I am still waiting for my money. I contacted them already a few times, but they keep using a Covid as an excuse. Don't recommend at all.

Never received my order so requested a refund but 4 months later still nothing!
I have placed an order for over 60€ two days ago, still no trace of a confirmation email. I only have the payment on my bank account. I will contact them ASAP to receive updates and if the good doesn’t exist (as it probably is considering other reviews) I will immediately collect all the evidence online and raise a dispute through my bank. Order took nearly 4 weeks to appear. Unable to use the £10 voucher at the checkout which they had sent me No reply to my emails, facebook message and many messages on their answerphone (phoning inside as well as out of their 10-3.30pm advertised customer service hours).
Slightly lower prices are not worth the aggravation of being unable to get a reply from the companyStill waiting for a refund from an order made in April 2020. 7 months later and they are still dodging emails and not replying, even though I know they are receiving the emails as I receive a confirmation from the company that they have. Disgusting company. Taking peoples money and not delivering products or refunding and then flat out ignoring people.

I ordered the above products months ago & cancelled early September (as they had not arrived) After several emails, I notice that today my bank account has been credited. This has taught me a lesson, always check out a company before ordering from them. I would not award Zest Beauty any stars at all - but had to click some in order to send review.

Elemis Bath Soak
I ordered 2 bottles of Elemis Bath Soak. I use the product regularly and thought I'd buy 2 since the price was reasonable. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for my products to be delivered. I tried to email the address on their website FAQ's section, but it seems non-valid. I have contacted them through their Chat facility, so will see if I get a response.
I just found info online the company is dormant. So i guess we won’t get our money or products. I made a dispute at my bank today.
Please join us in reporting this company to the police at actionfraud I would send the link but it’s not possible on here. Meanwhile your credit card company should issue you with a refund, give them a call ????

This site takes money from customers but doesn't deliver the goods or a refund... I have reported them to the police and trading standards and amazon and trust pilot... Please don't give them any money

purchased goods on 29/12 on Zest Website - nothing arrived, I chasd and was told there had been a lot of demand - they would try and get me some stock - eventually after pushing they sent me 50% of the order but within 30 days of sell by date with a promise the rest would follow the next week and not be out of date stock - again nothing, more chasing, more excuses, I asked for a refund, they said they would give me one that was 24/1, chased again today no refund been further coming - this is a total scam, sham and they should not be allowed to trade - they are fraudsters just taking your money

Wish I’d read these reviews first. I cancelled an order due to unavailability of product and requested a refund on 25th September. I sent reminders on 1st November, 29th November, 13th December and 6th January. Each time I received a prompt reply promising the refund within a few days but to date I am still waiting.

I ordered over £250 products on 1 June for my holiday 7 days later. They confirmed that the order would not be fulfilled in time and so cancelled part of the order. When I asked for the whole order to be refunded they then miraculously advised they'd sent the other part. I returned the items unopened and have today, 1 July chased for the refund for the whole order only to be advised that "unfortunately it has not been processed and can take a further 14 day". Absolutely appalling customer service. How is this company still able to operate?
