Annual service and repair work
I've been with this company for a good few years now, and I must say I've always been happy with the service they provide. Whenever there's been a hiccup, they've sorted it out sharpish. What's really nice is that they throw in an annual service with the deal. The bloke who came to do the service checks was bang on time, quick at his job, and he let me know when he was on his way.

I needed a new boiler, so I decided to go with this company. The lady I spoke to was really helpful and she talked me through all the different options available. In the end, I went for the 0% deal they offered, which saved me a lot of money. They quickly scheduled the installation date and the engineers arrived on time. They were very polite, and they made sure to cover everything with dust sheets to avoid any mess. Once they finished, they took the time to explain how to operate the new boiler. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I was really impressed by the professionalism of the team. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new boiler.

'click and collect' item
I can't believe how terrible the customer service was from this company. I bought something on the 17th of April and chose the 'click and collect' delivery, which is meant to take 3-5 working days. But it took them a whole 6 days just to decide which store to send my order to. It's just not on, and I won't be buying from them again. It also seems like they only reply to good reviews and completely ignore the bad ones.
