Slow delivery
I was a bit let down by how long it took for my recent order to arrive. It was sent out on Friday and I expected it to be here by this Friday, even though there was a delivery earlier in the week. I tried phoning the store, but couldn't get through because they were busy. Luckily, the customer service team was very efficient and responded quickly once they got back to me.
Three tops and a pair of earrings
I popped into the store in Chichester recently because of some family stuff that came up unexpectedly and I needed to grab a couple more tops. The staff there were really amazing and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. They were so friendly and kind, I couldn't believe it. In the end, I left with three tops and a gorgeous pair of earrings. The service was top-notch, just like what I always get at my regular store in York. It was so nice to see that level of care and attention in a different place.
Skirt purchase with assistance from Carol
My recent trip to the Windsor store was really nice, and that was all down to Carol. I had this Jigsaw skirt that I bought last year and couldn't figure out how to wear it, but Carol was really patient and helped me find the perfect cardigan to match. She showed me different sizes and colours, all tailored to my personal style. When I left the shop, I was happy with my purchase and couldn't wait to wear my skirt in a new and stylish way. Carol's amazing customer service made me feel important and special, and it made the shopping experience fun and welcoming. I'm thankful for Carol's help and the great service from everyone at the Windsor store.
Stylish summer clothing
Ordering online was a total nightmare. The website was proper slow, and the layout was all over the place. It took absolutely ages to finalise my purchase. The customer service lot weren't much help at all, and they seemed dead unbothered about sorting out my problems. And don't even get me started on the prices - they're well high for what you actually get. I was expecting much better quality for the amount I shelled out. To top it all off, the delivery was a snail's pace and there was zero communication about the delay. Proper let down all round, really.

The other day, I popped into the clothes shop and they were having this amazing event with the staff modelling the new collection. Holly was there too and she did a brilliant job introducing all the outfits. It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed it, thanks!
Refund query resolution
I was really impressed with how quickly and effectively they dealt with my refund query - all sorted within 24 hours. I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and will definitely keep shopping with them. It would be great if they had a phone line as well as chat and email, but the chat option worked fine for me.
Summer bag purchase
I popped into a store in Horsham the other day and had a really good time. The staff there were so nice and friendly, which made it a lovely place to shop. I ended up buying a new Summer bag for my holidays and I'm really happy with it. All in all, it was a great shopping trip and I'll definitely think about going back there again.
Customer service experience
I must say, I had a really great experience with the customer service provided by a lovely lady called Raphaella. She went out of her way to help me out when I was in a bit of a pickle, and I can't thank her enough for her quick and efficient assistance. I definitely suggest using the customer service chat option if you come across any problems, as Raphaella's knowledge and skills got my issue sorted in no time at all.
Delayed order and poor customer service
I really wish I had checked out some online reviews before I bought something from this company. I ordered it on a Monday, but by the next Monday, it still hadn't been sent out. They didn't keep me updated at all, and I couldn't even call them because the phone number wasn't working. The customer service was really bad too; all they did was offer to refund my delivery costs, which didn't really make up for how bad everything was.
Online purchase, Chatbox customer service
I ordered some things online and then noticed they had gone on sale. I got in touch with the chatbox and a really helpful person told me to wait for my stuff to arrive before they sorted out a refund for the price difference. When my order came, I actually liked both items and decided to keep them, but thanks to the chatbox, I managed to sort out a refund without any hassle. It was easy and quick, no need to spend ages on the phone. I was really impressed with how smooth and efficient the service was!
Returned jumpers
I recently bought some jumpers that turned out not to fit me. So, I decided to return them. I took great care of the jumpers, but the company claims to have rejected them and is now demanding £51 from me. I find it quite unfair, especially considering I no longer have the jumpers. I have a feeling that the company they use for returns might not be very reliable. Can anyone offer me some assistance with this situation?
New outfit purchase
I bought a new outfit from the store recently and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Even though I was feeling a bit down from being ill, the salesperson was really attentive and made me feel at ease. Jo really listened to what I wanted and gave me plenty of outfit options to try on. Her professionalism and top-notch service really stood out. I walked out of the store feeling great and pampered, all thanks to her styling tips and caring attitude. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.
Sandals purchase
I ordered some really nice sandals online, expecting them to fit perfectly, but they turned out to be too small. The delivery was quick, and returning them was a breeze. However, it took a whole 14 working days for me to get my refund after they received the sandals. I mean, why so long? It was a bit irritating and it made me hesitant to buy from them again, even though their products are really great.

Her name is 'Raphaella' and she was quick, efficient, and very polite in her responses. She not only fixed my problem promptly but also gave me some useful advice and made sure I was happy with everything in the end. It's clear that Jigsaw cares about their customers and aims to provide excellent service.
New casual summer wardrobe
I went shopping at the store not too long ago and I have to say, I wasn't too thrilled with how it all went down. Ordering was simple enough, but that's about where the good stuff stopped. The service I got was pretty lacklustre, the people working there seemed like they couldn't care less and weren't very helpful at all. And don't even get me started on the prices, I felt like what I got wasn't really worth what I paid. To top it all off, delivery took ages and the stuff came way later than I was told, which really got on my nerves.
Returning damaged trainers
Hey there! Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Nadia and her fantastic team for assisting me with returning my damaged trainers from the US all the way to London. They were incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout the process, even arranging a replacement for me. I'm so excited to wear my new trainers this spring! When I visited the Westbourne Grove store back in February, it was absolutely wonderful - such a great atmosphere and a lovely shop. I'm definitely looking forward to going back soon!
'click and collect' item
I can't believe how terrible the customer service was from this company. I bought something on the 17th of April and chose the 'click and collect' delivery, which is meant to take 3-5 working days. But it took them a whole 6 days just to decide which store to send my order to. It's just not on, and I won't be buying from them again. It also seems like they only reply to good reviews and completely ignore the bad ones.
Issue resolution
I got in touch with the customer service team today using the live web chat, and I have to admit, they were really helpful and sorted out my issue quickly. In just a few minutes, everything was sorted, and I could carry on with my day without any hassle. The customer service I experienced was fantastic, and I'm really impressed with how fast and efficient they were in helping me. Big shoutout to the team for their great customer service.
Shrunken garment, unhelpful customer service
I was really let down by the customer service I got from the company when my clothes shrank in the wash, even though I followed the care instructions. When I got in touch with customer service, they insisted that I return it to a physical store, but that wasn't doable for me because I live quite far away. They also wouldn't cover the cost of returning the item, which left me with less money. It was all just really annoying and disappointing, to be honest.
I get exactly what I order for.
I enjoy checking through stores online and placing orders for almost everything I need. The stress of going to the market to purchase clothes or food was over. It is a new dispensation. I order my clothes and accessories from Jigsaw. They have beautiful collections that I easily choose from. I love the quality of their wear. Great designs and cuts. I love the speed in delivery and great customer service in case I get stuck in any junction. Their prices are budget-friendly. Since I have been patronizing their store my orders are always accurate in size. It fits me properly and I have never gotten a mix-up of orders.
