I sent photos of my old boiler, they checked everything and answered a daft question I had about which unit to buy — a friendly adviser sorted that. Once ordered I chose a fitting date and the engineer turned up in the slot, on time. He worked quickly, explained how the boiler and the Hive thingy work (I actually understood most of it), put down floor protection, and cleaned up — spotless, honest. They even rang after to check all was okay. Pleasantly surprised, really.
Quietly impressed
I knew I was happy the instant Sean turned the system on and walked me through it — not a big speech, just showed me the controls, answered the odd question and left the place tidy. He arrived when promised, worked efficiently and didn't faff about. Bit surprising he even mopped the floor before he left (not something you get every day). Explained how the boiler works in plain terms so we felt comfortable using it, which was actually the main thing for me. If you want a straightforward install with someone who respects your home, go for it. I would have liked a bit more detail on the paperwork, but otherwise all good.
Calmer than I thought
I wasn't sure at first, worried about hidden costs. Had it fitted yesterday; installers on time, careful and tidy, cleaned up well — I'm actually reassured now.
Quietly impressed
I'm pleased, though I was sceptical at first. I saw their van on the estate after a colleague recommended them. Slight delay on arrival, but the engineer was tidy, polite and left everything clean. Would recommend.
Boiler
All fine and dandy whilst ordering, paid extra to have fitted on a Saturday. Late after noon iheat ring and say it won’t be fitted until the following Tuesday! But the date we booked was available and we paid extra for this - iheat said well it wasn’t and they would refund what we paid extra, didn’t care that this was urgent for an elderly lady with COPD.
Cancelled the order to then be told it would take 5 days for a refund!

By the time he tightened the last valve I knew it was sorted. I’d booked because radiators were cold upstairs and a previous engineer hadn’t fixed it. They offered several dates that matched my work diary; he turned up early, re-balanced the system and took all the mess away. Relieved.
Instant relief
Was midway through my flat white when the installer arrived the next day — that's when I knew this was the right call. He talked me through the setup clearly, no faff. The booking was simple, options felt sensible, and it cost far less than the British Gas quote. Properly happy with it.

Now the boiler heats the house reliably — mornings, baths, the odd rush‑hour shower — and the heating is steady. Happy with the whole process, useful and uncomplicated.
Boiler fitting went fairly smoothly
Picked a Worcester Bosch to replace our old boiler — mainly for hot water and heating. The site made choice easy and the quote was cheaper than others. Customer service phoned to book the fitting and kept me updated on timing. Engineer was friendly and efficient; water was off only briefly. Pleasant experience, a bit of relief it's sorted.
Bit of a saga, but OK now
