Heat pad purchase
I recently bought a heat pad for my lower back pain, and it's doing a pretty good job. The controls are quite precise, making it easy to focus on the exact areas that are bothering me. Even though it was shipped from China, it still lived up to what I was hoping for. But I do think Ortorex should have been upfront about the shipping details on their website before I bought it. Despite that little hiccup, I'm happy with how well the product is working for me at the moment.

Lost booking details
I've just had a proper nightmare with this travel booking website. All my previous trips have gone walkabouts because of some bloomin' error on their part. I had to go through the hassle of signing up all over again like a newbie, but even then, the links to my old trips were as useful as a chocolate teapot. It's really got my back up because I depend on this website for sorting out my travels, and now I'm feeling well and truly let down. I mean, losing customer data and not sorting it out is just not on, is it?

Panel radiators arrived next day
I was well chuffed with how quickly the delivery arrived, got all four radiator panels the very next day! The price was spot on and when I had a proper look, all panels were working perfectly. Can't wait to see how they hold up when it gets colder.

Gift subscription renewal
I've been getting magazines for my niece for ages now, and for the most part, I've been pretty happy with them. But there's one thing that really bugs me - the renewal process is so unclear. Take the BBC Science Focus magazine, for example. My niece loves it, but when it comes to renewing the subscription, it's a real headache. They don't tell you how many issues you get in a year, so it's all a bit confusing. And then the renewal email doesn't even say when the new subscription starts, which just leaves me feeling lost and annoyed. I'm worried I might end up paying for the same issues twice, and that's definitely not something I want to deal with. It would be great if they could make things a bit clearer - it's not fun feeling like this as a customer.

I recently bought some sandals and courts from this brand. The sandals were really nice, but they turned out to be too narrow and the ankle fastening was too short. I also got a pair of blue courts that looked great, but the heels were just too high for me. In the end, I had to return both pairs, which was a bit of a letdown.

I bought insurance from this company not long ago and honestly, I was pretty let down by the service I got. I had a problem with one of the staff members in their office, so I thought I'd drop them an email to complain about it. Trouble is, it's been weeks now and still no reply. I was hoping for better communication and professionalism from this lot, but it seems like I might've set my expectations a bit too high.

diascia plant
My diascia plant arrived in really good condition! I was super excited to get it planted and I trimmed off the flowers before putting it in the ground. It would have been nice if the description said whether it will bloom again, but never mind. The houseplant had a bit of yellowing and was slightly damaged from the packaging, which I think could have been done better. But all in all, I'm pleased with the quality and the price.
