Heater for conservatory and boot room
I've just bought a heater for my conservatory and another for my boot room. The heaters give off a really good amount of heat and I particularly like that they can be controlled by Alexa through a thermostat. Setting them up was a piece of cake using the app, and I think the glass panel and control panel look really sleek. I'd absolutely suggest this product to anyone else.
Impressive customer service
My time with Devola has been absolutely amazing. At first, I wasn't sure about buying something online without being able to chat with someone on the phone. But the customer service team online are really speedy and have been so useful in answering all my questions and worries. I really appreciate how professional and informed the team has been.

Panel radiators arrived next day
I was well chuffed with how quickly the delivery arrived, got all four radiator panels the very next day! The price was spot on and when I had a proper look, all panels were working perfectly. Can't wait to see how they hold up when it gets colder.
Compact dehumidifier purchase
This little dehumidifier is just amazing. It's so quiet, works like a charm, and really does the job of getting rid of moisture. I haven't got round to trying out the clothes drying feature yet, but if it's as good as the dehumidifier, I'll be chuffed. Also, having the WiFi control option is a real bonus, makes life so much easier. And the price I paid for it from the company was a bargain! All in all, it's a fantastic product that I'm thrilled with, couldn't be happier.
Patio Heaters
I recently bought some Patio Heaters from this company, but I'm having a bit of trouble with their customer service. I've had an issue with the product, and even though I've tried to get some help, it seems like they don't want to own up to it. They keep telling me to go back to the original retailer, Amazon. I think the problem could be fixed quite easily, but the fact that they're not interested in helping and not communicating well is really disappointing. I'm still waiting to hear back from them, and the wait is getting on my nerves.
Dehumidifier purchase
I've been looking for a dehumidifier to help dry my clothes quicker indoors. After checking out different options, I found this great one. The price was fair compared to others, and lots of positive reviews convinced me to go for it. I bought the dehumidifier and it's been even better than I expected. It's quieter than I thought and gets clothes dry in no time. I've used it overnight to save on electricity and the noise hasn't been an issue. I haven't tried the app feature yet, but I'm really happy with how well it works.
Dehumidifier filters
I bought some dehumidifier filters from Devola recently and I was really let down when I found out that they don't sell or deliver to EU addresses. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get the filters sent to a UK address and then had to organise for someone to bring them on a flight to Ireland. It was such a hassle and I just can't figure out why Devola sells dehumidifiers to the EU on Amazon but doesn't do the same for filters. It's really annoying when their customer service isn't consistent like that.
Air dehumidifier
The air dehumidifier I bought was absolutely brilliant. The control panel was straightforward, and emptying the water tank was a piece of cake. It did a fantastic job of removing moisture from the air, managing to gather 4 litres of water in just a few hours on either laundry mode or Auto. I also liked the child-safe lock function and that it was sturdy enough to avoid any mishaps with little ones. All in all, I was really impressed with how well it worked and all the features it had.
Warranty question
So, yeah I purchased this item and then I got an email asking about the warranty because I didn't have the batch number. They were really kind and informed me where to locate it. I sent some photos with the number and just like that, everything was sorted. Big thanks to Gabbie!
Easy set up and efficient heating
I recently bought a new heater and I'm really pleased with it. The setup was straightforward - just plug it in and it's good to go in no time. The display is easy to read, showing the room temperature clearly. I like the Eco mode, which helps save energy while still keeping me warm. The remote control is handy, and I can even schedule the heating through WiFi.

Dehumidifier purchase
The dehumidifier was delivered really quickly and efficiently, which was great. Though, I was a bit let down to discover that the units had to stand upright for 24 hours before using them. It would have been handy to have this info on a separate note on the packaging. Apart from that, the dehumidifier does its job well and has been a useful addition to my home.
Electric Blanket
This electric blanket has been an absolute lifesaver during the cold winter nights. I got two of them and I have to admit, they've kept me really warm and so happy. The quality is amazing, I have no complaints at all. It heats up fast and evenly, keeping me snug all night long. The material is really soft and comfy, making my bed even cosier. I'm really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a good electric blanket.
Quick delivery and efficient product
I ordered something from here and it arrived really quickly. The product was decent, but it was a bit noisy.
A science kit
Oh my gosh, I got this really awesome science kit online and it arrived so fast! But, you know, I had to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions. They were so small, I honestly thought I needed superhero vision. It took me ages to work out what to do, but once I did, it was loads of fun doing all the experiments! Overall, I had a great time but seriously, can they make the instructions bigger next time, pretty please!
Replacement post-damaged heater
When I got my replacement heater after the first one was damaged, I was a bit let down to see that the packaging had been pretty banged up during delivery. The heater looks fine, but I reckon using better packing materials would help avoid any damage in the future. Adding more bubble wrap or stronger packaging would definitely help make sure customers get their products in perfect condition.
Desk fan purchase
I'm really happy with the desk fan I bought, it came quickly and in good condition. At first, I wasn't sure about spending a lot on a desk fan, but I have to say I'm really impressed with how good it is. The fan is quiet on the lower settings and works perfectly. We're using it in our motorhome at night, and the fact that it's not too noisy and is quite short is a big bonus. I haven't had it for a long time yet, but I'm confident it will keep working well. Compared to other fans I have, this one definitely seems like a good investment.
Dehumidifier with Hepa filter
I recently bought a dehumidifier with a Hepa filter from this shop and I must say, I am really pleased with my purchase. The machine works amazingly well and has really made a difference to the air quality in my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the price too, as it was much cheaper than other air purifiers I had looked at before. And being able to control it with a mobile app is just the icing on the cake.
Faulty heaters purchase
I was really disappointed with the customer service I got and I was worried about the misleading information I was given. The problem with the heaters not working properly still hasn't been resolved and I'm starting to lose patience. This was my first time using this company and I feel like I have to leave this review to warn other customers. It's important to mention that there's no technical team you can talk to about issues before sending the heater back if it's faulty. Overall, I'm just a very unhappy customer.
