Poor customer service experience
I recently had a bit of a bad experience with one of the staff members, called 'Jabulile'. Their customer service skills were really not up to scratch. I had a legitimate complaint about a missing item in my order, but instead of helping me, they accused me of lying. On top of that, they struggled to communicate properly because their English wasn't great. Even when I tried to contact a different email address, I kept getting responses from Jabulile, which just made things worse. It was really frustrating and left me feeling like they didn't care about me as a customer.

Sushi rolls
I ordered some sushi rolls from this place and it was a total disaster! They charged me too much and didn't give me the discount they said they would. On top of that, they sent me sushi that had already been opened and half of it was missing! I tried emailing them to find out what happened, but they completely ignored me. Eventually, they did give me a refund for the sushi, but it was a real pain. I won't be ordering from them again!

Visit experience during busy hours
The museum was so packed when I went during peak hours. It was really uncomfortable with all those people around. It made it hard to properly enjoy and take in the artwork on show. It felt like a bit of a waste, with the overcrowding and not enough space to take it all in properly. I'd suggest avoiding those busy times if you want to really appreciate what the museum has to offer.

Faulty vacuum cleaner replacement
My hoover suddenly stopped working properly just three months before the two-year guarantee was up. Morphy Richards tried their best to figure out what was wrong and fix it, but sadly the vacuum was no longer being made so they couldn't repair it. They ended up giving me a selection of different products to choose from as a replacement, and I have to say, I was really happy with the service - it was smooth and quick.

Laptop purchase
Hey, so I had this box delivered to my house and I was really looking forward to opening it up and checking out my new laptop, you know? But when I opened it, can you believe it? There was absolutely nothing inside! Just an empty box! I mean, seriously, what's up with that, right? I got in touch with them and they said they'd look into it, but they didn't give me any idea of when it might be sorted. I went ahead and cancelled my payment straightaway because who wants an empty box instead of a laptop? Definitely not me. Seems like other people online have had the same issue too, so it's not just me. Just a heads up - make sure you double-check your box before you hand over any cash!
