Delayed refund process
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got from this rental platform. I've been waiting for 10 months for a refund, and after so many emails, I'm just frustrated and angry. The way they've handled my refund request is just not good enough. I've had enough and now I have to go through the hassle of taking legal action to get my money back. It's such an inconvenience.

I've just booked a holiday villa online and it was such good value for money. The best thing was being able to chat with a representative on WhatsApp from the travel company, they were incredibly helpful! Cheap contract, but terrible WiFi
So, I had this internet contract that seemed really cheap, but let me tell you - the WiFi was terrible. It kept cutting out all the time, which was seriously annoying. And here's the kicker - the company changed hands twice, first from SSE, then to something else, and now to the one I'm with currently. When my contract ended, they tried to charge me double, which is just not cool. I had to call customer service and it was a whole big mess. They told me to cancel my Direct Debit, like really? But eventually, they sorted it out, except they didn't set up a new DD like I thought they would. It took them a whole 9 months to realise I wasn't paying my bills, even though I thought I was, crazy right? Then they suspended my internet, and when I called, they hit me with this huge bill of like 315 quid, no way I could pay that all at once. The only way to get my internet back was to pay half the bill, and then they finally set up a new DD. Sounds good, right? Wrong. They didn't take any money for 4 months, like what's going on? It's been a massive headache dealing with them, their customer service isn't very helpful, and they never add notes to your account, so every time you call, it's like starting from scratch. Ugh, just be careful if you go with them, seriously.

Rejected order, partial refund
I've recently had a bit of a letdown with Teamzo. So, I placed an order and then got told it was rejected out of the blue. Turns out they were out of stock but didn't bother to let me know. To make matters worse, I only got a partial refund of what I'd paid. And when I tried to get in touch with Customer Services, the phone line was dead. This whole lack of communication and poor customer service is just not on, it's left me feeling really annoyed and let down.

I bought GAP Insurance from this company recently after finding them a few days back. Today, I went ahead with the policy after talking to their customer service team. They answered my previous call and today's call very quickly, allowing me to discuss my needs without any wait time. This was a pleasant change for me when dealing with insurance companies. I want to thank Diane for helping me today and her colleague Haley for assisting me during my first call. Both of them were really friendly and helpful, giving me great service. I would give their customer service a 10/10 rating overall.
