    I had a really great experience with Direct Gap. I spoke to a lovely bloke named Paul who was super helpful and explained the gap insurance policy really well. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Paul was, he made everything easy to understand. It was so nice to have a more personal experience compared to the usual boring corporate customer service. I would definitely recommend this company, they provide exceptional service.

    I've been a loyal customer for a number of years now and every time I switch cars, I always turn to them. I highly recommend choosing their GAP insurance instead of the expensive one offered by dealerships. They offer fair prices and provide excellent customer service.     I recently got my car insurance from Direct Gap and had the pleasure of chatting with a bloke called Paul Griffin. Let me tell you, Paul was absolutely brilliant! He was dead professional and explained all about the gap insurance in a way that even I could wrap my head around. He let me know when it was gonna kick in and made me feel really at ease the whole time. I'd give Paul a 10/10 and recommend him to anyone! The big bosses should definitely give him a raise, he's earned it!

    Second policy with helpful agent

    We've just taken out our second policy with a lovely agent from the insurance company. He made sure we understood all the details properly, just like when we got our first policy with them. It's nice to be able to pick up the phone and have a chat with an actual person instead of those automated systems. All in all, it's been a really positive experience.

    Recent GAP Insurance policy purchase

    I bought GAP Insurance from this company recently after finding them a few days back. Today, I went ahead with the policy after talking to their customer service team. They answered my previous call and today's call very quickly, allowing me to discuss my needs without any wait time. This was a pleasant change for me when dealing with insurance companies. I want to thank Diane for helping me today and her colleague Haley for assisting me during my first call. Both of them were really friendly and helpful, giving me great service. I would give their customer service a 10/10 rating overall.

    Helpful customer service

    I popped into this place to pick up some bits and bobs for my car, and the bloke there was just so lovely. He answered all my questions and had a good old chat with me, treating me like I knew everything even though I don't really know much about cars. I felt dead clever when I left.     Quick and easy Gap Insurance purchase

    I was looking to buy Gap Insurance online and had some questions, so I decided to give the company a call. Luckily, Paul picked up quickly with no long waiting times and was more than happy to answer all my queries. I was surprised to find out that dealerships can't offer Gap Insurance. After getting all the details, I decided to go ahead and buy the policy, which was dealt with efficiently right there and then. Paul was not only professional and friendly, but also really patient as I worked out the coverage I needed. When I had a question about some emails later on, all the staff were busy at that time. I didn't leave a message, assuming it was lunchtime. But to my surprise, someone rang me back within 5 minutes to help out. That kind of top-notch customer service is hard to come by these days. I'd definitely recommend this company and their fantastic team. The price difference between their policy and the one the dealership offered was significant, leaving me one very happy customer. It's all good!
