I’m absolutely delighted with the service I have received from 24/7 Stay Warm, from my initial on line enquiry to the completion of the job within two days, the service I have received has been exceptional! 24/7 outsource customer contact and appointment setting to overseas call contact centres. It’s relatively easy to get through but then it gets complicated. Appointments are set by another team, which causes delays and in my area, they use sub contractors to carry out work. They specify an aim to attend site the same day for vulnerable customers but in practice, they tend to attend site on the third day after a claim is notified. This is incredibly frustrating if you have an ongoing water leak that cannot be isolated. The engineers are pleasant enough but they are subcontractors and have no brand loyalty or identity to 24/7. I’ve had to complain several times. Their complaints team is also overseas. They are not trained well enough to deal with customer issues and as such any response lacks understanding. It’s as if they’ve been programmed to provide set responses regardless of what you tell them. There most recent failure has resulted in water damage to my kitchen ceiling and I’m now pursuing legal restitution. I’m moving to the new British Gas offer.

Great service polite knowledgeable checked everything even helped reset our thermostat as kept showing low. Paul Evans shauna on the phone checking we were happy with everything after our service yesterday a really freindly guy well recommend him and 24/7 always been good with us and good prices fir services too we even have car insurance with them which is also very good and good value too always happy to beat any other quote we've had been with them for good few years now too. Well done you and your workers are a credit to you the ones we have had or spoken to.

From start to finish our whole experience with 247 has been excellent. They called to introduce a new scheme to replace our aging boiler, were polite and helpful on the phone and were able to understand what we wanted. Our circumstances meant that we wanted to replace the boiler but also re-site it (another longer story). They listened, came out and did a (covid-safe) site visit, took images and video and were able to do what we needed. On the day of installation the engineers arrived early, were on the job quickly and knew exactly what to do. Polite, tidy and efficient (the engineer's not the boiler!) they did the work and were complete within the same day (we had 2 days booked out for the job). It included some roof work, unlinking / relinking our Nest thermostat and nothing was too much trouble. They left after explaining the new system and were done by 4pm. Great service, excellent engineers that really knew their stuff. Can't recommend enough.
