Hot brush purchase for thick wavy hair
I bought a hot brush from this company for my thick, wavy hair, but it turned out to be not suitable at all. I've tried contacting them three times about returning it or getting a refund, as they claim to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, but I haven't had any luck. It's really frustrating to be faced with such poor customer service from a company that should be looking after their customers. It seems like all they care about is making sales and not actually making sure their customers are happy or sticking to their promises. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't even use and no help from them to sort it out. I'm considering getting legal advice because this kind of customer service is just not on. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to think twice, as you might not get the help you need when things go wrong.
