Therapy tools and affordability
As someone new to therapy, I was pretty nervous about starting off. But I was really surprised by all the different tools and resources available to me through this service. Being able to join group sessions, attend online classes, and text my therapist whenever I needed to was a massive help in making me feel supported and connected as I went through therapy. The online tasks and worksheets also really added value - they gave me a chance to explore the therapy content more deeply in between our sessions.

I had a really disappointing experience with my therapy sessions. I started with one therapist but after a few sessions, I didn't feel like she truly understood me, so I decided to switch to another therapist. However, the process was not smooth at all. The platform's system was buggy and there was no clear way to contact technical support for help. When I tried to book a session with my new therapist, it wouldn't go through, so she ended up booking it for me. When the scheduled time came for the session, she said she was calling me but I couldn't connect with her on the app, phone, or desktop. She then tried to schedule another session, but this time it would cost me £20. Overall, I found the service to be incredibly frustrating and felt like I wasted my money. I would definitely advise others to avoid it.

I work as a therapist on this platform, and I have to say, I'm not very impressed with how they treat us therapists. Even though we bring in business for them, the pay is pretty rubbish, and the customer service replies are just so generic and not really helpful at all. The app itself is a bit dodgy too, always having issues with connecting. While most clients are lovely, there are some who can be really difficult or even abusive, and we don't really have much say in letting them go. The chat feature can get a bit too much sometimes, as clients can be messaging you at all hours. The booking system is all over the place, letting clients change appointments whenever they feel like it. All in all, the lack of respect and gratitude towards therapists makes this platform a pretty terrible place to work.
