Two orders
I've placed two orders with this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with both their products and customer service. The quality of what I got was even better than I expected and I know for sure I'll be coming back as a regular customer. Also, when I needed to get in touch with their customer service team about my second order, they were so helpful and polite. They really went out of their way to make sure my problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. Big order for Christmas
I received my large Christmas order from Clickinit just in time for the big day. The box had a small hole in it, but that was the delivery company's fault, not Clickinit's. They were really good at informing me about the issue and it didn't impact the items inside at all. I ordered a mix of sweet and savoury items, and I was amazed by the variety! There were so many things I had never tried before, and everything was delicious. The website was really user-friendly, and I will definitely be placing another order with Clickinit. Cleaning pack, retro sweets pack, 1p items, bonus pack
I recently bought some stuff from your website and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality and all the different things you had to choose from. The cleaning pack I got did a great job and didn't break the bank, taking care of all my cleaning chores at home. Also, the retro sweets pack I got as a gift for my husband and son was a big hit - they couldn't get enough of the different sweets. And adding in the 1p items and bonus pack made our movie nights even better, giving us plenty of options without spending a fortune. Thanks for all the great stuff!

Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online from this platform and honestly, it's been a bit of a nightmare. So, after I made my order, I thought I'd check on the status of it by logging in, only to be told I didn't even have an account, which was pretty weird because I got a confirmation email for my order sent to the email address I used. I tried contacting customer service multiple times to sort it all out and find out where my order was, but no one even bothered to reply to any of my emails. It's been a week now since I placed my order, and I've not had any tracking information or even a 'we got your email' message. This lack of communication and openness from them has left me feeling frustrated and let down by the whole thing.
Large order, two shipments
I recently ordered a lot of stuff and it came in two deliveries. The stuff I got was really good, top quality especially for the price. The customer service was excellent, they were really helpful and professional the whole time. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone after good stuff at good prices. Multiple purchases, changing product availability and Best Before dates
I've bought a few things from this website, and every time, the products have been exactly what was described. They often update their range, depending on what's in stock, and they always make sure to mention the Best Before dates in the product descriptions. I really like their special offer boxes - they're a nice little treat to open. When I did have a problem once, the customer service team, especially Daisy, got back to me quickly and sorted everything out efficiently. All in all, I've had a great experience and would suggest giving them a go.
Variety of items for family
I recently bought a bunch of stuff for my family from this website and I've got to say, I'm really pleased with it all. There was a small delay in getting it to me because of a postal strike (nothing to do with the company), but the things I got were definitely worth the money. Everyone in my family has enjoyed what I got and there was a little something for each of them. I'm grateful for the great service and would definitely suggest this website to others.
Excellent customer service
I had a great time dealing with the customer service team at this company. Despite hearing some bad stuff, I thought Daisy and Charlie were lovely and really helpful in sorting out my order. It's clear they're working hard to make their mark in a tough industry. People who expect too much are never going to be happy, no matter where they shop. But personally, I'm really chuffed with the service I got.
Prime cans for little boy
I bought some prime nappies for my little boy from this online store and I've got to say, I was really impressed with the service. The delivery was super quick, much faster than I expected. The shop kept me well informed with great communication, letting me know when to expect delivery and when they were processing my order. Because of this great experience, I will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Mystery box purchase
The items in the mystery box were mostly good, with a nice variety of new stuff to try out. But, I was really let down when I found that one bag of crisps and a flapjack yogurt bar had split open in transit, which meant I couldn't use them and it felt like a waste of money. The mystery box was put together well and had some cool stuff inside, but the customer service and delivery times were a bit disappointing, to be honest.
Mystery box disappointment
I recently bought something from this online shop, thinking I'd get an interesting mystery box for £20. But, when it arrived, it was actually a savoury box – not what I wanted at all. I got in touch with customer service, and they said I could either pay £10 more for the right box or send the savoury one back. Sadly, my little one got hold of one of the bags and ruined it, so I had no option but to pay the extra money. When the right box eventually turned up, I was pretty disappointed. It only had a few sour sweets, a drink, and a couple of small bits and pieces inside. Definitely not worth the £20 I spent. I felt like I'd been ripped off and couldn't believe how little I got for my money. There are loads of other websites that offer much better value for similar things. To top it off, the online shop alters their review system so only 4-star ratings or higher are allowed, which is just not right and can trick people looking to buy stuff.
Savings on Bills
I'm absolutely amazed at how fantastic this company is! They've really helped us save loads of money on our bills and I'm over the moon. The team at this place is incredibly skilled and really know what they're doing. We tried to get discounts in the past with no success, so I'm extremely grateful we came across them.
Halloween sweets purchase
I ordered from this company for the first time and I have to say I was really impressed with their range of Halloween sweets. The prices were good and everything arrived well wrapped with no problems at all. I'm sure my kids are going to love them. Thank you so much.
Recent purchase experience
I bought something recently and it didn't turn out as I hoped. The packaging was really poor - items that could easily get crushed were packed with bottles, so everything ended up squashed during delivery. On top of that, the box was way too big and didn't protect the items at all, so they got tossed around and damaged. What's more, I didn't even get all the items I ordered, and when I asked for two different flavours of the same item, I got two of the exact same flavour instead. Not great at all.
First order, delayed delivery
I placed my first order on the 25th of the month and had to pay a delivery fee of £4.69. Unfortunately, the order took longer than I anticipated to be dispatched. I'm not too pleased with the delivery times because my order is still only on its way, and I have no idea when it will get here. This delay hasn't left me with a great impression as a first-time customer, but I'll wait until the items actually arrive before making a final judgement.
Mystery box with 10 items
Oh my god, you won't believe it! I ordered this mystery box with 10 items from clickinit, and it was absolutely amazing! It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but apparently that was due to the bank holidays, so I understand. When it finally got here, I was super excited to see what treasures were hiding inside.
Wonka boxes for grandchildren
I bought two Wonka boxes for my grandkids from Clickinit recently, and I have to say I was really let down by what I got. The items were completely different from what was shown on the website - they arrived in shabby, plain cardboard boxes that looked old and worn-out. When I opened the boxes, I found that the contents weren't in great shape either. There were just two lollipops inside, and both of them were completely crushed. As you can imagine, my grandkids weren't too happy with their treats, and I was left feeling really disappointed with my purchase.
99p mystery box
It was absolutely amazing! I got loads of sweets for hardly any money. They had a great variety, and the weekend deals are fantastic. This little sweet shop is the best I've ever been to, and I'll definitely be returning for more in the future!
