I recently used a man and van service from this company for my house move. The booking was quick and simple, and I could pick a time slot that suited me. Man and van service booking
I used a man and van service for my recent move and I have to say, all in all, it was a good experience. At first, I had some trouble getting in touch with them - I filled out their support form a bunch of times and didn't hear back. But eventually, they called me back and we got everything sorted out and my booking confirmed. I think they need to work on their booking system and make it easier for customers to reach them.
The driver was great though, really friendly and helpful during the move to my new place.House move
I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from the team. Daniel and his colleague were fantastic from the minute they got here - so professional, great at keeping me informed, and really efficient. They took extra care with all of our furniture, packing and moving everything securely. Their friendly approach made moving a breeze and even enjoyable. I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done, yet still keeping up the quality.
Recent van hire
I hired a van from this service recently and it wasn't a great experience, to be honest. The van itself was a bit beaten up, with scratches and dents on the outside. Inside, it wasn't very clean and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Even though I booked ahead of time, I still had to wait longer than I thought to get the van, messing up my moving schedule. All in all, I wasn't impressed with the van or the service.
Heavy and fragile item move
Hamid and Tariq were absolute gems - really polite, courteous, and efficient. They took extra care with all our heavy and delicate stuff, and it was a joy to have them around. Having a chat in the van was a lovely touch and made the whole moving experience so much nicer.
Antique furniture move
I decided to give this company a go after checking out some reviews and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I had to help the driver with directions, everything went really well. The van they provided was in excellent condition and the driver and helper were so helpful. They took great care of my antique Edwardian ship Captain's cabinet, it was like it was their own. All in all, it was a really satisfying experience.

The service was incredible! The person in charge got in touch to make sure the movers had shown up, and as soon as it turned out the first lot were running late, they sorted out a replacement team in no time. The movers were really quick and did a fantastic job. They made sure to pack up all the important bits and bobs like TVs and computers to keep them safe during the move.

Errol, the driver, was absolutely brilliant. He took great care of my furniture, kept me informed throughout, and got everything to me without a hitch. But let me tell you, the customer service team were a real headache. The app was all over the place, and they were useless when it came to helping or keeping in touch.

Moving service review
I've just hired a moving service and I'm afraid to say it wasn't great. At first, the company seemed really good and got the job done quickly, but things went downhill after that. They kept promising to pay me quickly, but that never happened. They kept delaying the payment for no reason and now it's been weeks and I still haven't been paid. It's been a real pain and put me in a tough spot financially. I'm really let down by their lack of professionalism and honesty. I wouldn't recommend using them at all.
Moving service experience
Even though I had a good experience with this service before, my most recent interaction was an absolute disaster. We picked a driver who had a high rating and seemed perfect for our needs, but we ended up with a driver who had no reviews, and we weren't given any reason why or the chance to pick a different one. Right from the start, we could tell that things were not going to go well.
House moving service
The house moving service we received was pretty good overall. The van turned up on time and everything was delivered ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of space in the van for all our stuff, so the whole moving process went really smoothly and quickly. However, I did notice a lack of communication when it came to the breakdown of the bill, especially the congestion charges part. It was also a bit annoying that we couldn't easily get in touch with the driver during the service.
One other thing that worried me was the driving habits of the driver. Even though they let my friend and me sit in the front to save us some money on train fare, I saw them doing some risky things while driving. They kept looking at their phone for directions, which made me feel unsafe. Also, they crossed over striped lines when they accidentally took an exit from the motorway, which was pretty scary and could have caused an accident.Late arrival, unhelpful service, partial completion
The delivery man turned up 2 hours late and didn't do what we'd paid for. He had the cheek to ask us to heat up his lunch, only brought in a few light things, and then just hung around near his van while he ate. Even though we'd paid for help with carrying items, he flat out refused to bring anything indoors and just left before finishing his job, leaving me to carry everything myself. When I reached out to the company for help, they claimed that the driver had left as agreed and wouldn't do anything to assist.
Removals
Worst customer service experience of my life- they cancelled twice on me on two different days, hardly let me know both times, leaving me waiting for hours. I do not recommend.
Timely and efficient van service
I recently used the van service and I must say it was really good. Booking was easy and there were lots of timings to choose from. The driver, Daniel Mitea, was so polite, efficient, and really helpful. I'll definitely be using this service again in the future.
