Bike rental for Ride London event
The bike rental service was absolutely brilliant. The staff there were so helpful and provided top-notch service. Coming all the way from the US, I was really impressed with the level of care I got from the team at the rental place. The bikes, especially the Pearson Forge, were amazing and made my ride so much fun. I usually ride a Trek Domaine, but after trying out the Pearson Forge, I might just go for that in the future. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I couldn't have asked for more. Massive thanks to the team at the rental place! Cheers!
Bike purchase with full bike fitting
My time at Pearson was absolutely amazing. Right from the start, Nicole greeted me warmly and took the time to answer all my questions and give me lots of useful information. Then, Nas did a fantastic job with fitting my bike, he knew his stuff and made sure everything was adjusted just right for me. It was clear that both Nicole and Nas really loved the brand, which made me feel good about my choice. The professionalism and friendly vibe at Pearson put me at ease and made me feel well taken care of every step of the way.
Bike fit
I recently made the decision to go for a bike fit after years of cycling without one. I found a highly recommended expert at this place and I have to say, I was really impressed. Nas was really easy to talk to and he made sure to cover every detail, even though the session lasted over 3 hours, it didn't feel long at all. I left with a new and improved bike setup that felt great. The whole team was really friendly and offered lots of useful advice. I would definitely recommend getting a bike fit here.
Bike purchase
I recently got myself a new bike, and it's absolutely fantastic! It's really comfortable and speedy too. The person who assisted me was genuinely kind and ensured that the bike was adjusted perfectly to suit me. They even made some tweaks until I was completely satisfied. This bike shop stands out from others I've visited in the past because they genuinely care about their customers. And it's pretty neat that it's a family-owned business with a rich history.
Shorts purchase
I bought some shorts from this company recently and I was really happy with them. They were comfy, strong material, and looked great on. I liked them so much that I bought another pair too.
Third bicycle purchase
I've just bought my third bike from this shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The service provided by the team here is top-notch. They really know their stuff and they make sure you're happy. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and offered help with anything I needed. Will and Guy, especially, were so helpful and made it all so easy. I really value their customer service and how they make sure you're happy with what you're buying.
Comfy bib shorts
The bib shorts I picked up are really comfy and have lots of handy pockets, plus they've got a lovely soft chamois. I took them out for a long bike ride as soon as I got them and they felt fantastic the whole way through. But the best thing by far was the customer service. I had a bit of an issue with the delivery company, but Pearson sorted it out straight away. They were so easy to chat with and kept me updated throughout. Dealing with them was top-notch 👍🏻.
High-quality bike clothing
I just bought some really good bike clothing and I have to say, I am super impressed with how well it fits and performs. The stuff is top quality and I honestly think the price is worth it for what you get. I've tried other brands before because of discounts I've gotten from different places, but none of them have been as good as Pearson gear. I'm a fan now and I'll definitely be buying from Pearson again in the future.
Forge bike purchase
I bought a Forge bike a couple of months back and had a cracking experience with the folks at the store. The team were really helpful and took their time to answer all my questions about the bike. I've been well impressed with how the bike performs, especially on long rides in nice weather. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the whole experience. Component wear and tear repair
The service at this place is absolutely amazing. I had to bring my bike in for repairs because of some wear and tear from challenging winter rides. The staff, especially Wilf, were so helpful in sorting out the problem and explaining what needed to be fixed. They really took the time to make sure I knew what repairs were needed and why. Pearson always goes the extra mile to give their customers excellent service.
Textbooks
I recently bought some textbooks from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality. The content was thorough and current, which made my studying a lot easier and more productive. The layout and design of the books were also really user-friendly, which I definitely appreciated.

I recently bought a laptop and I must say, I was really happy with the service from the company. The ordering process was easy and quick, I could choose and buy the laptop I wanted without any hassle. The laptop was top-notch quality, just as it was described. Two articles ordered, one missing
I ordered two things, but only got one. I got in touch with customer service, and they were really quick to say sorry and send out the missing item a few days later. Even though things didn't go smoothly at first, I have to give credit to the customer service team for handling it so well.

I bought some shorts in a great sale recently - the whole process was really quick and easy. But the typical British weather has meant I haven't had a chance to wear them yet!

I've been shopping at this store for years because they sell long-lasting products at great prices. The things I've bought from here have been really good value for money and have lasted me a long time. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone who wants good quality products without breaking the bank.
Bib shorts with pocket for medium distance rides
I bought a pair of bib shorts with a pocket, which I thought was pretty cool because not many bib shorts have that feature. But, after wearing them on a 100-mile bike ride, I realised they weren't as comfy as I was expecting. They're alright for rides that are not too long, but I prefer my other shorts for longer journeys. They're decent enough for shorter rides though.

The bibs I bought are really comfortable and cool. They're exactly what I was looking for!
Rain cycle jacket purchase
The rain jacket I bought was really top-notch. It held up well, kept me dry in the pouring rain, and looked like it was made to last. I was really impressed with the quality of the materials and the design details. I'll definitely be coming back for more gear in the future.
