Underrated anti-virus + error checker
I recently bought this anti-virus and error checker software that was kind of underrated, and I have to say, it's been amazing. I had been having trouble with two malwares that no other anti-virus could pick up on, but this software got rid of them without any hassle. Since then, my computer has been running a lot faster – my CPU usage has gone down from 20% to 7% when I'm playing games or using multiple apps at once. It's really changed the way I use my computer, and I'm so happy with it. Even though I only used the free version, I'm seriously impressed and would definitely recommend it to others. I've just had my computer sorted out by a service provider who got rid of a pesky application. Jamie, the technician, did a brilliant job cleaning up my computer and removing the troublesome application. Now my computer is working perfectly again, and I don't have to put up with any more disruptions. Jamie was really knowledgeable and efficient, and he kept me informed and explained everything clearly. Printer cable issue
I had an issue with my printer the other day - it just wasn't connecting to my computer like it should. Spent a good few hours trying to figure out what was wrong, only to realise the printer cable was actually plugged into the monitor, not the computer. I did mention this a few times, but it took a bit of time for the technicians to catch on. If they'd just asked where the cable was plugged in to start with, we could have sorted it out much sooner. Seems like there was a bit of a language mix-up causing all the confusion.
Tech disaster
I had the worst tech disaster ever when I downloaded and ran that program. It was a total nightmare! My computer just wouldn't start up, no matter what I did, and even the Windows Recovery Disc couldn't sort it out. I lost absolutely everything - all my files, important documents, and pictures, just in an instant. I honestly can't believe this happened, and I'm so frustrated. Just a word of caution, be careful when using this product as it could end up costing you all your hard work.

I had a tech issue with my program not long ago that really had me stuck, but the person I spoke to online was amazing. She sorted out my problem within minutes and even took the time to teach me how to deal with it myself next time. It's employees like her that really make me value the company even more.

Renewal query for Restoro product
I have been using your product for a long time, and I have to say that Restoro has really made a difference to my laptop's performance. However, I'm having trouble renewing my subscription now. My laptop used to work much better with Restoro, but without the renewal, I'm worried about its speed and smoothness decreasing. I would be grateful if you could let me know if there's a new product coming out soon.

I bought a software repair service online not too long ago, thinking it would sort out all the problems my computer had. But after forking out $63.86 and waiting for four months, all I got was a License Key with no fixes to my issues. I've tried contacting them loads through long emails, but no luck. My computer is still at risk of being hacked and it's really got me feeling fed up and annoyed. The customer service team hasn't bothered getting back to me either, which has made things even worse. I'm now on the lookout for a more dependable solution to my technical troubles.

I recently bought the basic plan from this company, thinking I was getting a good deal. But when it arrived, I found out it was a one-time use only deal with no options to upgrade. I'm really disappointed with this service, to be honest. I bought the software thinking it would help sort out my messed-up files, but it didn't do the job - my computer still had a whopping 6000 problems. I was really let down because I had such high expectations for this product. The only good thing was that I got my refund pretty quickly, so that's why I'm only giving it 1 star. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who's hoping for a trustworthy fix for their computer problems.

I needed some help with fixing my computer and Restoro really messed it up. They made my computer even worse and ended up putting viruses on it. I don't trust them at all and their reviews seem so fake to me!
Software purchase issue
I bought some software back in April, but when I went to use it in December, the program wasn't there. I tried to get a refund, but no one got back to me. Eventually, I found a version from somewhere else, but my license code didn't work because of an end of lifecycle message. This company is a total scam and gives no support at all. Luckily, I did get a bit of my money back from PayPal. Don't bother wasting your time or cash on these dodgy guys.
License renewal communication issue
I just wanted to say that I don't plan on renewing my license when it expires. The website they've told me to use for support is always being blocked by my antivirus software. I can't find any other ways to get in touch with them. - Eleonora Ratti
Unnecessary bloatware
After trying out the software, I've realised that it's just unnecessary bloat that could end up making your computer really slow. In my opinion, there's no need to install extra software like this when all your computer actually needs are the important programs like anti-virus/malware, a firewall, and anti-ransomware. Having identity protection and a good VPN can also give you some extra security.
