I'm afraid I've had a terrible experience with this aligner company. I paid a lot for aligners that never arrived, and now the company has gone bankrupt without saying a word. I feel completely betrayed and tricked by what they've done. Every time I tried to ask about my order, the employees just gave me false hopes and lied to me. It's really sad to see a company behave so badly and dishonestly.

They said my aligners would arrive soon, but they never did. Turns out, they cancelled all orders. I felt let down and ended up losing money.

Can you believe it? I went ahead and put down a deposit of $300 last Friday, feeling really excited about getting started on my journey towards having a straighter smile. But guess what? Just two days later, on Monday, the company went bankrupt! Can you imagine the shock and disbelief I felt? It's like one of those really bad jokes that you can't help but laugh at, even though it also makes you want to cry a little on the inside.

My experience with SDC has been an absolute nightmare. I got scanned in Milton Keynes and since then, it's been weeks of silence despite me calling repeatedly. When I finally made the payment, I was promised my aligners would be on their way soon. But would you believe it, it's January now and still no sign of them! And if that wasn't bad enough, I had to find out through Google that they've stopped fulfilling international orders and I won't even get a refund until after they sort out their bankruptcy. What a complete scam!
