    I had a problem the other day trying to put my renewal quote reference into the system. It was annoying and took me a while to realise that I needed to leave out the 'WD' from the reference number so it would work. It seems like a small change that could make things easier for customers. I hope someone can fix this soon after hearing my feedback.
