Second purchase at Welzo
I recently popped into the store for the second time and, you know what? I was really impressed once again by the service and the quality of the product. The folks on the customer service team over at Welzo really know their stuff and are always ready to help out with any questions or issues you might have. This time around, I had a chat with Emily and I gotta say, she was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my order and provided top-notch support.
Shipment address error
I bought something the other day and accidentally used my old address for delivery. Anna from customer service was super quick in sorting it out, changing the address in just a few hours, even on a Sunday! I was really impressed by how fast and dedicated she was in fixing my mistake. Anna's customer service was top-notch, and I'm thankful for her quick actions in making sure my order got to me without any more hiccups.
Test registration assistance
I had a little hiccup recently when I forgot to register my test and couldn't get my results. But you know what? I was really impressed by the quick and super helpful customer service from this awesome lady called Emily. She fixed everything up in no time and made sure I got all the info I needed right away. One-time purchase turned into a subscription
I've been really annoyed with my recent purchase from that shop. I only meant to buy something once, but it ended up becoming a subscription without me realising! It's been a real struggle trying to work out how to cancel it and stop those extra charges.

I was after some medical supplies for my wife because she's dealing with quite a few health issues at the moment. I decided to give Welzo a go after checking out a couple of other places, and I'm so relieved I did! Thomas was really helpful, and now I can easily find all the supplies I require at Welzo, plus the prices are really reasonable as well!

Fidospore
I ordered Fidospore from this company and paid for it, but unfortunately, I never received it. I decided to contact their customer service team through email to ask about my order, but they informed me that the product was out of stock after I made the purchase. Naturally, I was disappointed by this news, so I asked for a refund, which they said they would give me. It's been three weeks now since they promised, but I still haven't got my money back. This whole situation has left me feeling cheated and irritated.
Iron test purchase
I recently bought a iron test from Welzo and it was so easy to do. Ordering was a breeze and the results arrived really quickly, which was amazing. I'll definitely be ordering from them again, especially once I've finished taking my current iron supplements.
Paid on 18th May
I'm really annoyed! I paid on the 18th of May and my order still hasn't arrived. They promised me a tracking number but it seems like they promised delivery instead. I can't even log into my account, it's a complete joke. They've been ignoring my emails, it's absolutely ridiculous. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
Deet product for holiday
I ordered some insect repellent for a holiday back in March, but it didn't arrive in time so I had to cancel the order. They said they would give me a refund, but I still haven't got it after sending loads of emails. Every time I get in touch, they just send me a generic message asking for my details again, even though they already have them. It's really annoying not getting any straight answers or help from their customer service team.
Allergy testing kit
I recently bought an allergy testing kit and, unfortunately, had a big problem with it. I waited for over 6 months and tried to contact customer service through email several times, but got no results. I was really frustrated, so I wrote a negative review explaining what happened. However, not long after that, someone from the company got in touch with me and was genuinely sorry for the trouble. They quickly sent me and my partner the results for free. The problem was that the instructions weren't clear - the kit was supposed to test up to 4 people, but when I bought it, there was no option to add more than one person. I thought it would be okay, so I sent in my sample thinking they would let me know of any extra costs if needed.

Anna was brilliant, really helpful and friendly. She was super quick and told me everything I needed to know. She made everything really easy and straightforward for me.
My recent purchase
I'm sorry to say that I've been waiting longer than expected for information about my recent purchase. I've sent several emails in the last month asking about the status of my delivery. Even though I was told that another department would check on it, I haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing not to have any updates, and it's made me quite frustrated with the customer service.

I ordered 10 pieces of English-made cream from them, and I received a fake that does not even look like the original. They convinced me that it was just a new design of the product, but this is a lie. The photo shows that the fake that they sent me from the USA, not from England. Only after my complaint did they change the picture of the product on the website, but in the description they continue to lie that this product is from England. I sent it back to them, but they never returned the money to me (86 pounds) .Buy your fake medicine with my money!
I tried to post my review on their site, but they block it. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you do not trust the reviews on this site. Look for other independent sources.
