Broadband service transition to new provider
I just found out that my service provider has switched to Talk Talk without telling me first. My bills have gone up, their communication is vague, and I'm starting to think they're keeping things from me.
Termination of Contract
I had a really terrible experience with this broadband provider. They told me I didn't need to give any notice to cancel my account, but then I got loads of surprise invoices in my Junk folder months later. The way they don't communicate properly and make things clear is just awful.
Broadband Service
My broadband service experience was a total nightmare. The customer service was terrible, the representatives didn't seem to care about my issues at all. Every time I called with a problem, the staff I spoke to were unhelpful and seemed unprofessional. Dealing with such poor service was really frustrating, especially because I was paying for something that wasn't up to scratch. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone in need of reliable broadband.
Phone contract
So I was having this phone contract with these dudes and it was all good until I messed up my direct debit and it got bounced! I tried to fix it by making a payment, but their website was down and the app wouldn't let me sign up. I phoned them like loads of times over a week and even had to wait in a 2-hour queue at one point, it was so dull. Finally managed to get through on the 8th day and the person I spoke to was dead rude! Sorted out the payment and switched to BT, sayonara rubbish company!
End of contract and change of supplier notice
I recently finished my contract with my internet provider and decided to switch to a new one. I made sure to tell them about it well in advance, by phone and email. However, at the end of the month, I got an invoice showing they hadn't actually made the change. I contacted them, and they said they'd sort it out and send me a confirmation, but I never heard back. Despite sending several emails reminding them about my switch, I still didn't get a reply. It's really disappointing to see a company that used to be good at their job and offer fair prices mess up so badly when it comes to communicating and looking after their customers.
Broadband and phone package
Been with them for over 6 years never had an issue been cheap and fair service has always been great and cc service spot on I would heavily recommend them I've had many free upgrades on my service on price reductions for having stuck with them.

If I could leave 0 I would on service the internet is shocking I was off line more than on it may be cheaper but the service is ultra poor,
Advice Avoid shop elsewhere they take funds from your account after cancelling g 3 months before Rip Off comes to mind……….Broadband ADSL service
Truly awful company with the worst tech support I've ever experienced. I have spent 9 hours with their "live" chat team. After 3 hours they determined there was a fault on my line and it would be fixed within 48 hours. 3 weeks later nothing has happened. Support are completely useless - if I try to contact them they just start reading from the same support script again. I tell them repeatedly I have already gone through the script several times, and they just read the next line, completely ignoring me. They are staffed by morons incapable of independent thought. An AI bot would make better responses and would be able reply more than once every 30 minutes. Calling it live chat is an oxymoron - brink of death chat seems more apt.
For the sake of your sanity, avoid these idiots like the plague. The company deserves to fail.Broadband

Origin basic broadband inc line rental
Signed up with Origin Broadband providers over a month ago. What a big mistake!! Despite their advert stating 11Mbps, am only getting 0.08Mbps download and 0.18Mb. upload.
Doesn't take sharpest pencil in box to realise this is not fit for purpose.
Customer service is apalling, left waiting on phone for over 30minns at a time before giving up. Also tried contacting via on-line chat, again waste of time.
Will be reporting them to ombudsman, Please, think very carefully about signing up with themBroadband
Had some teething problems to begin with, where the communication on their end could have been clearer, but the broadband has been impressively quick since then. Good price too

Appalling service actually it's a discgusting service, really poor customer service I had the feeling they are a rip off company. They failed to advise me of my right to end my contract after putting up their costs, they informed me of my right after 6 months so all that money I paid out for a substandard service. Even though they say my new provider will be given access to my line I still think this company will come back to haunt me. They should be called Horrorgin Badband.
