    Internet connection issue resolved

    I recently had an issue with my internet suddenly cutting out, so I decided to get in touch with customer service. Despite hearing some bad things about them, I was really pleased with how helpful they were. I managed to speak to someone straight away, and they quickly figured out that an engineer needed to come out. The rep got in touch with the right person, who said they could come at 8am the next day. True to their word, the engineer turned up on time, fixed an old box outside, thoroughly checked everything, and had my internet up and running perfectly within a day of me calling. I've been a loyal customer for ages and have always been happy with their service. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

    House move contract switch

    Recently, I had to move house and had to transfer my contract to my new address. When I called customer service, I was quickly put through to an advisor who was really helpful and knew all about the company's services. The whole process was easy and the advisor, Leon, managed to switch my contract over smoothly. He patiently explained each step and made sure I was clear on everything. I was really impressed by Leon's great customer service and professionalism. I really hope Plusnet Management recognises his outstanding service.

    Excellent customer service and communication

    I was really happy with how the company handled my customer service needs. The staff were always nice, quick to reply, and willing to assist whether I got in touch through Facebook or gave them a call. It was great that they made a ticket for my questions, so I could keep an eye on how things were progressing and give any feedback. Getting an email with a link to my ticket was handy too. They were good at sorting out any problems I had, whether they were about paperwork or more technical stuff.

    Straightforward and reliable switch

    I found it really easy to switch from my old provider to Plusnet. When I chatted with their customer service team over the phone, they were super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. Unlike before, the bills make sense and are upfront with no sneaky charges. The internet speed is spot on, so streaming movies and TV shows is a breeze. I don't get why Plusnet has a lower rating than my old provider - my experience with them has been great!

    I've been having problems with my bills for around two years now. Even though my bills aren't overdue, my account keeps getting restricted which is really annoying. The customer service I've received hasn't been great - they haven't been very clear or honest about fixing the problem. I feel like I've been tricked into still paying every month, even though changing providers seems like too much hassle with my busy schedule.

    Full Fibre Installation Delayed

    I ordered Full Fibre but I'm still waiting for it to be installed, even though I live in an area where Full Fibre is available. Plusnet told me it would be installed in July, but they haven't given me a definite completion date yet. I filed a complaint, but there hasn't been any progress and I'm really disappointed.

    New Mobile Service

    I recently signed up for a new phone service and it was really straightforward. I gave them a call and within a few days, my new service was all set up and good to go. The guy I spoke to, let's call him Geoff from Manchester, was really friendly and gave me all the help I needed. Now I have super speedy data at a much lower cost. Cheers to the new phone service!

    Connection issue resolved promptly

    Yesterday around 2pm, I had a problem with my connection for the first time in 5 years. I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful. They scheduled an engineer to come over the next morning, but the problem was actually fixed remotely before that. I'm really happy with how quickly it got sorted out.

    We moved to a new place nearly three weeks back and we're still without internet. We asked for a Mifi device to help us out temporarily, but it hasn't shown up when they said it would. Plusnet giving us different information and not following through properly has really been getting on my nerves.

    Canceling elderly relative's account due to dementia

    I was really shocked by the way they treated me when I tried to cancel my elderly relative's account. Dealing with a company that cares more about money than people was really frustrating and upsetting. They were so cold and uncaring, it was really disappointing and left me feeling really bitter.

    Phone and broadband issues

    Dealing with my phone and broadband issues for nearly three years has been an absolute nightmare. Countless engineers have come out to fix the problems, especially with the broadband cutting out constantly. Recently, another engineer visited to tackle the ongoing broadband issue, and to my dismay, they just repeated the same ineffective fixes as the previous technician. Shockingly, the engineer said the problem was sorted, but three days later, the internet was playing up again. It's a complete joke! The connection has dropped three times in just the last 15 minutes. I'm eagerly waiting for my plan to be up for renewal in July, and I can confidently say that I will not be sticking with this provider.

    Broadband issues

    I've been with this service for quite a few years now, and overall my broadband used to be pretty steady. However, in the last couple of months, things have taken a turn for the worse. Over the past week and a half, my download speeds keep dropping and my connection keeps cutting out. I've called technical support multiple times, but all they did was blame it on the fact that I live in a rural area without actually looking into the real problem. The way they handled my complaints was really disappointing - no accountability or transparency whatsoever.

    It was only when I insisted on making a formal complaint that they finally did something about it. An Openreach engineer came over and figured out what the issue was, and thankfully sorted it out. But the whole ordeal has left me feeling really frustrated and I'm starting to doubt how reliable this service provider really is.

    Fast fibre order, router delivery

    I ordered fast fibre from them ages ago, like 5 weeks ago, and they still haven't managed to deliver a router to me. It's frustrating because it's just a simple router like the size of a book, not some complex technology. I've spoken to three different advisors, but none of them have been able to arrange a delivery properly. The last one at least made some effort, but the so-called "high level escalation team" hasn't even reached out to me. One of the cheeky advisors even suggested that I switch to another company, which was not helpful at all. Now I'm stuck without any broadband because Plusnet can't seem to get their act together. Honestly, I could probably order a router from eBay and have it delivered within 24 hours, so why can't Plusnet do the same? It shouldn't be that difficult for them. Plusnet needs to step up and contact a courier to actually deliver my router. It's a simple task, they just need to pay for it and get it done.
